✘Illario has medium length black hair which he generally just allows to do as it please, and a single pale turquoise eye. Beneath his eye patch is nothing but a milky white remnant of what once was a working eye, and several scars marking the delicate surface of the skin around his eye. Physically, there is little about him worth mentioning; he is short and has a fragile looking build, he does not have any fine-toned muscles or remarkable features that would indicate any sign of fitness. He has very smooth and delicate skin, unblemished aside from the scars on his face. From his head to his feat he appears to be a perfect little boy, untarnished by the harsh realisms of the world.
✘ CLOTHING:
✘Unlike many of his fellows, Ilario is usually found to be dressed rather nicely. His usual attire finds him wearing a white button up dress shirt with a black vest and black over coat. Around his neck is a lime green tie tucked neatly down into his coat. Beneath is coat is a gun belt made of black leather with a holster under each arm. At his waist is simple leather that holds up a pair of black slacks. Hanging from his belt is a black cloth pouch that contains his various supplies. His feet are covered by a pair of well-polished black dress shoes.

✘Enhanced Perception~ Through a combined effort between his high level of intelligence and his need to perform with only one eye, he has gained a higher level of perception than most people. He can see things that travel at a speed higher than what most people would be able to comprehend. He also has a very keen eye for details, picking up on the smallest of details that might normally be over-looked.
✘Precision Control~ Ilario has learned to wield the chains attached to his weapons with the utmost level of control. He can throw them and wrap them around objects, pull them back smoothly, and use them in close range combat with out getting himself tangled up in them, he can even spin that at a high speed in front of himself to create a barrier against frontal projectile attacks. This level of control extends to most whip-like weapons he wields, but the effectiveness obviously decreases with inferior weapons.
