[/b] An exceptionally novel character, gifted with a surprisingly lithe figure, dressed in pale ivory skin, silk like in texture and free from any blemishes as fate has it. His head dressed with flowing maroon locks, arranging themselves freely, as the hair is never styled or tamed. Dropping a little above his eyes, sometimes falling over them. His orbs easily combining with his hair as they are strongly similar in color. But his eyes are unique beyond color, his eyes more of an oval than a circle. Closer to cat's eyes than humans.
✘ CLOTHING: Challenging the typical dress code of most marines, Belle refuses fully to dress himself in their uniforms. Finding it inefficient towards doing his job, and draws far too much attention. It is also, "merely a pain on the eyes". Thus he dresses himself quite freely, being a marine, it isn't difficult to maintain and purchase clothing so his wardrobe is quite large. Though weakly diverse, as most of his clothing pertains to some shade of black, or dark red. His clothing tend to appear as torn as well, though these come with the purchase more than commonly.

• Centripetal Shot : The user whips their hand wildly with extreme speed in a clockwise (or counter clockwise) fashion while firing a bullet, the increased spin causes the bullet they have shot to be able to pierce through steel up to one inch thick. (does not work on shotgun)
  
• Desperado : The user with up to two guns unloads their entire clip so fast that the bullets in their gun have a sheet of paper's distance between them. The move is preformed so fast that it seems that one trigger pull had launched all of the bullets out at the same time. This is effective in destroying any feeble attempt to block. Once the bullets are launched the user instantly reloads their guns provided they have bullets.
  
• Pistolier - Bullet Curve : Through an intense curve brought on by a strong swing or a very fast swing the user can effectively curve their bullet to create a arc that can change the course of the bullet by a parabola of up to 5. The result can be a bullet that comes as if the user was standing to the left or right (if the swung up or down = above or below) and had fired or just creating a confusing path to the same target.

[/li][li]Pistolier - Quick Draw : A rather simple technique that by itself can infact be achieved by almost anyone. The user however with a haste major and a bit of accuracy can shave the time of their pistol draw to exceed that of what can be perceived as humanly possible. If a normal person can draw at Speed = A and a haste major can do 2 times A then this skill can allow someone to draw at four times A.

• The face claim.. is eh. First of all, I'm actually a fan of Fukuwa on NND; so I was surprised to see you use the fanart people have produced. It's just the fact that I really can't let you use artwork made for another person - in the case that it's not an anime at all. All art posted for Fukuwa on places like zerochan are fan creations or done by Fukuwa, and Fukuwa wasn't originally too pleased with danbooru when fanart was posted there as well. I hope this isn't a problem, but please change the face claim. It needs to be of an animanga or an anime-esque video game, not fanart of a person.
  
  
• I honestly have no idea what Sapper Gloves are; mind clarifying?
  
  
• As for the grenades, you need to explain what a concussion grenade is. I'd appreciate it if we got a small description on each grenade; how long it lasts, etc etc.
