As the god Helios represents the Sun & Rebirth, so does our fleet, moving forward and forever evolving much like myself. My name is Kai Shinsei, formerly known as Kai Umiken. I was the Cannon of the Deeps and I showed no mercy to pirates. However, my rebirth has given me new insight. There is a use for pirates, as test subjects. Why risk our own lives, when we can use the lives of law breakers to advance technology.

As Aethon was one of the mighty steeds that pulled the chariot of Helios, our ship will pull us towards our goals. Welcome aboard marines.

Due to how much of a brute fighter you are and due to you seeming to lack any leadership skills your personality does not seem to suit being second in command for my fleet. For now I will give you the position of Lieutenant. They are always involved in the fights which suits you perfectly. If this is an issue then please PM me with reasoning as to why you should have a higher rank. If you prove yourself to me during service I may rank you up. You may not hold our ideals, but in order to destroy as many pirates as possible we need to keep ourselves fighting fit so I suppose I will let you join my fleet as Ensign. Plus I like your dream. You aren't a fighter so you want to get these battles over with so you can do what you love. Its admirable.
