The young women before him and Rhode appeared to be alright. The captain had made sure that this women wasn't harmed, a brave endeavor of the man. Luna took the aid of the two slowly, he wasn't expecting her to jump right back up, though like him he was expecting her to turn around and chase after the Captain. Though the women did neither, he knew that she had been influenced by the Jasper-sama. Alphonse lifting her up with a new found strength. "dont be sorry miss, he wouldn't be this reckless for nothing. you must mean something to the Captain." the boy told her, his coat matching the captain's save one mark. "Rhode, without Robyn or Jasper here anymore, I take leadership of the ship, as of now I am the new Captain.
." he stated, as he nearly carried the young women by himself, his strength surprising. " As my first order as the new captain, we get the old Captain back, let's set course to our friends, World Eater's." the boy told Rhode and the new member of Blazeblue. Though he did not know her name, he would in time. Alphonse imagined the girl was in shock, and would open up to the crew when they got away from the mangroves. " We are picking up Hei-Bai, we dont have much time before they decide to execute the Captain." Alphonse stuck a hand forward as the boy had brought the girl and Rhode along side him to the ship. The new captain found the weight of leadership, and the task at hand. Though it would be much worse if he just let his captain die. " It's about time we strike back ladies and gents." Alphonse struck a pose similar to what Jasper would, having been a brother and taught directly under the man. Jumping aboard with the girl, the young man set her down lightly, aiding Rhode up onto the boat before taking a knife to the rope, setting them free from the mangroves. The ship quickly rocking away from the isle and aiming out to sea, the young boy bolting across deck to the wheel of the ship. " I can handle everything above deck, Rhode take her down below and make sure she's alright." Alphonse commanded, though she knew she'd find the correct meaning in his words, it would give the two girl time and let Rhode draw out what was in Luna's heart. " Hei-Bai, we need you." the ex-marksmen mewled, the war was about to begin. [/blockquote][/blockquote]

[bg=D7CFCB]"Leave me out with the waste This is not what I do It's the wrong kind of place To be thinking of you It's the wrong time For somebody new It's a small crime And I've got no excuse"
De Luna was practically carried by the man who looked like Jasper. She went along with him, not sure what to do. She became lost. Not once since she had been a child had she ever felt lost, not even after her grandfather's passing. She had believed that she knew everything there had to be known; yet there was this uneasiness inside of her. As another shot rang out, it echoed in her mind. Telling her it was her fault. This man might die because of her. Because he wanted to protect her. Luna had never really felt the need to protect someone before; yet as she was lifted away she felt the urge to go back and protect the blue haired man, the Captain. Her Captain. She supposed that she was part of the crew now, because he had accepted her.
The man who carried her tried to reassure her, to not be sorry. That she must mean something to Captain. All the while, she did not act on her need to turn back and protect the captain. She remained silent. Blaming herself. She did not even react to the Jasper-look-a-like, saying that his first order was to get Captain Jasper back. Her head was hung low as she recalled something in the past.
Everyone had been counting on her. Her parents, her grandfather. Perhaps, this was part of the resolve she made years before, even though she hadn't known it at the time. That this was what had made her who she is today. Normally she didn't care about such fickle things, because she chose not to care. Which was probably one of the reasons she had not known how to react to Jasper's comments and his ambition to protect her. Her almost hard, cool and carefree attitude seemed to stream from her training her grandfather put her through and which she did because she had to live up to her parent's and her grandfather's legacy.
And, she felt lost at this moment because what she had known seemed to tumble all around her. Like, a barrier she had set up so long ago was coming down. Luna didn't move much as Alphonse carried her aboard the vessel and the girl led her down below. She followed, much like she didn't feel anything. But, she was feeling things. She just didn't show it. She felt the need to be alone, but didn't at the same time. She wanted to see the weird-grin on Captain Jasper's face again. His gentle yet hard eyes.
She stopped a few steps and turned around towards Alphonse. Her hair covering her face as she did. She lifted her head towards Alphonse, her hand behind her back as she pulled out something that was hidden beneath her clothes. A staff like weapon opened up and stood strong, its blade on top glistening in the sun. Luna did not speak for a moment. Water had masked her eyes before, but now they were strong and seemed resilient. Red eyes, now seeming a bright orange-red color looked directly at Alphonse. "I am," she began, struggling with her words at first "going to get back Captain Jasper, he has shown me something I never knew I could have. Something I abandoned years ago," her words were strong now. Fierce almost. She planted the end of her spear on the wood beneath her. Her posture even seemed strong; but beneath her shell she still felt a bit lost but she had made a decision and would stick with it. Even though she was not the strongest fighter, she felt she had gained strength just by meeting Jasper.
"However..if I can have a bit of rest before.." she added, though she would probably not sleep however, but think over her ways and who she was. Who she was to become. She was now a member of the BlazBlue after all.

The women Jasper used his curse to protect seemed like a soulless doll, standing before the beaten down crew. The women lost in her thoughts it seemed, though who wouldn't be. The Captain of their ship, of their crew, of their goals had been taken from them by force. The question of his mortality sitting at the back of all their minds. Quivering hands rose to her chest, holding tightly to her warm frame. Cupped against her breasts, she closed her own eyes. Alphonse said they would pick up their partners, and ask for help. World Eaters were a familiar face, at-least their leader had been, as he was recognizable from the tangent crew. Though Luna freed them of the silence, as she awoke from her dull state with a new heart. Her hands removing a weapon that had been stowed away. The staff rising into the cool breeze, a sudden glisten from the shiny metal point.
Rhode understood how this women felt now, as she spoke for the first time, with her voice found, not mewls and cries. The new strength lifted the crew's spirits, visible to her and Alphonse, as they both stood more proud. As she declared she would help bring back Jasper from the clutches of the Marines. "thank you hun." she whispered, they had yet to catch her name, though she was sure they would learn it. The young women stating that the Captain had shown her something she had lost many years ago, what was it? Rhode moved a finger to her lip in question, though the women replied shortly after with a request to rest. A small curl on her lips growing, "of course, you have plenty of time to rest, we can handle finding Hei-Bai, and meeting World Eaters, please dont overdo it you two." she asked, knowing Alphonse would have to guide the ship all day and night to save the Captain, among other duties.
With this she reached a hand out for the Luna, "Rhode, though you can call me what you like. And that's Alphonse, if you didn't know. You can tell us your name when your ready.
" she smiled, her eyes closed. To imagine the crew growing without the Captain was a heartbreaking scene, she didn't want to open her eyes until the Captain came, but she had to move on. Opening them slowly to the scarlet eyed women, trying to guide her beneath the main deck to the medical quarters before giving her own private room aboard the boat. Getting away from the ears of Alphonse as she wanted to ask the girl something in private, as she brought her before her room. " what did you loose years ago." Rhode asked, looking ahead, she knew it was likely something painful, she just wanted to give the girl space and room to breathe without being starred down. [bg=D7CFCB] "The night starts here, the night starts here, forget your name, forget your fear. You drop a coin into the sea, and shout out Please come back to me"
Dropping her guard some and the spark she had nestled up, Luna nodded slightly to Rhode as she heard her whispered 'thank you'. The girl still felt it was partially her fault that Jasper had been caught however, she now felt even more obligation into saving him since she was part of the crew now. She didn't understand the laws that crews of a ship had, whether it was marine or pirate. Nor, did she truly understand the 'laws' of friendship but through this experience she hoped that she would. That she would value it even.
The girl who had developed some bravery and perhaps some understanding of what had all just occurred shook her new crewmate's hand. A smile formed across her face, for the first time since she had encountered these two. Her carmel-red eyes looked over at Alphonse as the woman with white hair introduced him. "It is nice..to meet you two," she was able to say before Rhode guided her down into the ship below. She followed her new found crewmate, who someday she might call a friend. She had put away her spear, concealing it where it had once been before. She had yet to introduce herself, for she hadn't been offered that much time but was also deciding upon how to introduce herself. To the captain, the so called blue-bird who had been locked inside of a cage and who they were going to set free, she had introduced herself by her full name. However, she felt her name was just as caged as Jasper was now.
As they came to a room De Luna was about to introduce herself, after deciding but was a bit taken back by the woman's question. Sure, she had been expecting it after what she had said on the deck of the ship. About her losing something. Her head slowly lowered to the ground some, she bit her lip but soon recovered and looked Rhode in the eyes. "The need of family, as well as friendship." she said, she didn't really want to say anymore. Though, it was not really a sketchy subject for her, she would rather it just be something in her past. "I suppose I lost it, because I chose to lock it away, per say." She had only ever had one family member who she actually called family, the others had a distaste or dislike towards her. She was a sort of the 'mutt' of her family, for she was an accident. She hadn't known her parents and thus despised them, which led to her not wanting or needing friendship or family. Her grandfather had been the only one ever there for her, and when he passed away she locked away any ties to family and even friends. She felt she didn't need them. But, here and now she felt she could find a new family. New friends with this crew known as BlazBlue. Of course once they got back Captain Jasper though.
She continued to look into the face of the woman before her, Rhode. She wanted to get know her, maybe even be close friends. However, she had a task she needed to complete before. "You can call me Luna, for the mean time," she said, giving a sort of lopsided smile. She wanted the blue-haired Captain Jasper to introduce her to the crew, by her true full name. It would make it more official, and he would also make it official that she was part of the crew.

"The scary part, the aftershock, the moment it takes to fall apart The time we have, the task at hand, the love it takes to destroy a man The ecstasy, the being free, the big black cloud over you and me And after that, the upwards fall, and were we angels after all?"
