ABILITIES ■ INTELLIGENCE, ACCURACY; haste, heart slightly. Enhanced Reception: Capable of breaking the bounds of reality. Elizah is an extremely intelligent man and he always has been. Throughout his life he has always had a more strategic way of thinking, as well as a naturally more perceptive mind. This enhanced sense of perception has greatly played into his style of combat.

Hearing: Arguably his most useful sense when in combat. His enhanced hearing gives him the ability to watch his back and perceive what is happening behind him without his sight. His enhanced hearing is so well that if his eyes were closed, or he were blinded, he would be capable of shooting a target from the simple sound of their footstep where they close enough. This is a mixture of all Majors and Minors, as he must react with a certain amount of speed, calculate their position with his intelligence and enhanced senses, and make the shot, with accuracy.

Sight: His advanced sense of eyesight give him the ability track extremely fast movements with a mixture of accuracy and intelligence. This ability differentiates him from a normal human being in the simple sense that his perception rate is actually quite faster than a regular humans, meaning that if a target would normally appear as a blur to someone, they would appear as simply an enemy with blurred edges to Elizah. On top of this, with haste taking into consideration, his reaction time to the situations is much faster, allowing him to draw a weapon before his enemy under the right circumstances, or begin to dodge an attack that one may not normally see coming.

Touch: Awareness is something that is always useful. His enhanced sense of touch may seem useless, but don't count it out. Elizah has the ability to actually feel small pulses of shock waves created from every step made by an enemy. Whenever a shot is made, he can feel the shockwave of force that is transferred into the ground, so long as he is connected to the ground. It is not strong enough to locate a target directly, but can give him the idea of their direction.

Smell: Not much here, but it makes him more aware of poisons and gases that may be clear or invisible. It also gives him a heightened advantage over Fishman, because they stink horribly.

Taste:Tasting Victory is fun. Well, that isn't all this is good for. If he were to ever need to track anyone this would come in handy. Tasting an unknown material to identify it with precision is always useful.


■ ACCURACY, INTELLIGENCE Dead Shot: Elizah steadies his body and takes a deep breath, and cancels out the world around him, only leaving him and his target. Every flinch the target makes, every movement of his eyes, every thing he does it taken into consideration. While his defenses from others are wide open, he is capable of making amazing shots that a normal human being would be incapable of simply by focusing 100% on his target. Dodging these bullets are nearly impossible, it is recommended to find cover or block them somehow.

▌ DESCRIPTION: The Shigan (指銃 Shigan?, literally meaning "Finger Gun") is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound, making guns unnecessary. It is a very useful technique that can connect rapidly and accurately, which works well with the rokushiki users' impressive speed and agile techniques. However it's never been used to counter or deflect another powerful attack in any fights, which is probably because the user could easily break his finger instead of just blocking it. Grenade- (x2 per thread) A grenade with a 5 meter radius. Explodes upon impact. The further away, the more pain due to shrapnel, but less damage. Right on it is typically an instant kill.

Flash Grenade- A simple Flash Grenade that deafens and blinds all people within a vicinity, as well as discharges small amounts of shrapnel. (x2 Per Thread)

Smoke Grenade- A simple Smoke Grenade that emits smoke in a radius of 10 meters that cannot be seen through. The edges of the ten meters begin to allow shadows to be seen.

Trickster Bag- Black Powder laced with gasoline. A small bag of Black Powder laced with gasoline.

Nova Gadget- A small cluster bomb like object that explodes and deals no damage to any targets, it simply shoots gasoline everywhere into a room or area. [x1]

Alright the first skill is nice but starting off I'd say ya can only take up 1 or 2 at most of the batch to work with & the second power needs a cooldown. A smoke grenade is a great thing but 20m of absolute blindness is too much 5-10m okay too much to the see the target 11-infinity can at least see shadows in the smoke.

I am not sure if you can take Dial's up on purchase even if its installed in a weapon so that for another staff to mention.
