PHYSICAL ■
Ripped doesn't even begin to describe the man known as Marco V. Noir. The man should be the poster boy for body building magazines everywhere and anywhere. Literally rippling with lean well toned muscle there is nearly no body fat on him at all. He could probably open a can with his ear if he put his mind to it. Standing at only five foot four one would be amazed at the amount of strength Marco possesses and when compared to an average man he is easily five times stronger and faster. Aside from his ridiculous chiseled body he has a ruggedly handsome face; his hair is always kept at a shorter length and it's color matches his light brown eyes almost perfectly.

CLOTHING ■
Marko does not wear a shirt and has instead replaced it with his leather chest piece. He does however wear a long sleeveless and hooded jacket, black in color with red trimmings. His pants are black in color and made of a breathable light weight material and are fairly loose so to not restrict his movements. For shoes he wears something more akin to sandals, very similar to what a samurai would wear.

SIGNATURE ■
His complete lack of weapons, his silent demeanor and the massive scar on his back and chest where he was stabbed as a child.

PERSONALITY ■
Extremely reserved and rarely out spoken, Marco often will let those ranked below him give out orders in his place if there isn't someone who out ranks Marco himself present. Not that he isn't confident enough to make his own orders but more so along the lines of him using it as a way to train and strengthen his underling's leadership qualities. Marco is fairly protective of those stationed in his unit but at the same time will let them struggle so long as he doesn't think they will die from it. When it comes down to it he rarely takes prisoners and often ends up killing off his prey; his tendency to be a man of few words paired with his kill to capture ratings has been a major contributing factor to his unofficial title as 'the silent executioner'. As far as goals and dreams Marco has but one, to become the strongest there is at any cost; there is nothing more valuable to him in his mind then pure power.

DEDICATION ■ Due to Marco's rigorous daily training and striving to achieve new heights his body has become a suit of armor to it's self. His incredibly strong and dense muscles make his body resistant to blunt trauma and are even strong enough to make a normal slashing blade cut shallow on his body. In addition his hands and feet have become so hardened from his training that he is able to strike metal with his bare hands without injury to himself. While he can not break through or dent sheets of steel he is able to strike without worrying about damaging his hands and feet.

PERSISTENCE ■ Marco's raw strength mixed with his undying will grant him an inhumane endurance. Even when severely injured Marco refuses to accept defeat so long as there is breath in his lungs, as long as he is alive neither pain or mutilation will stop him from getting right back up. His determination to overcome any odds through sheer strength and power have driven him to become a tank of a man. Even if he has the will to continue the human body is only capable of withstanding so much, even in Marco's case. While he can completely ignore any level of pain he can't force his body to move if it is destroyed.

Armor ■ A matching set of steel bracers and shin guards. Provide strong defense against all manner of weapons and are semi bullet proof. Able to withstand 3 normal rounds before breaking. Paired with a leather piece of armor that covers his chest and a second leather piece of armor that protects his waist. Provides a fair amount of protection from blunt trauma as well as some protection from blades.

ABILITY TYPE: Super Human
ABILITY LEVEL: Fresh
ABILITY DESCRIPTION: The technique known as Tekkai, hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks. However, it can be broken by strong enough forces. The strength of Tekkai can vary for users with different physical conditions, as a person with a higher level of muscular strength would be able to take stronger forces and enhance attacks with his/her use of Tekkai. Furthermore, despite the increased physical density that one gains when activating this move, one should remember that the user's body is still flesh and blood. Thus, its resistance to other than solid attacks remain pretty much the same, making the user as vulnerable as ever to certain attacks. Grants access to Tekkai abilities.

ABILITY NAME: Tekkai "Utsugi"
ABILITY TYPE: Super Human
ABILITY LEVEL: Fresh
ABILITY DESCRIPTION: Marco will near instantaneously flex and harden the muscles in his body in order to counter an opponents attack. The shock of the attack will instead of being absorbed by his own body, be transferred back to the the attacker. Capable of breaking bones Marco's level of Tekkai "Utsugi" is also capable of shattering standard weapons. The draw back to this technique is that Marco is completely unable to move while his body is hardened meaning that it can only be used to counter an attack. 2 post cool down

ABILITY NAME: Tekkai Kenpo "Dageki"
ABILITY TYPE: Super Human
ABILITY LEVEL: Fresh
ABILITY DESCRIPTION: Marco will near instantaneously flex and harden the muscles in an appendage in order to vastly increase his striking damage. The result is an attack capable of smashing through steel plating. When Marco utilizes this skill he is only able to harden one limb of his body. 1 post cool down

You say you have an inhuman endurance and that your fists can withstand hitting steel due to training. However, you don't even have endurance as a minor. Your second ability seems like a mixture of heart and endurance as you withstand the damage and then keep getting back up till you literally can't get up.

I'd suggest changing one of your major's to endurance if you wish to keep these abilities or change the abilities so they don't seem to rely on endurance so much. You can't really say you can withstand punching steel without suffering much damage without endurance somewhere. You could probably get away with it as a minor if you toned down the abilities slightly.
