The events that would go off after Leo had landed on the island had been quite interesting indeed. They hadn’t been on the hour half an hour already when guns began to fire and tensions were drawn. Out of the blue it would appear as if the excited gunner couldn’t hold his words down for more than a moment and already a gun was pulled. Leo’s ears pricked in amusement as he watched on in general curiosity. That guard had skill, that much was evident. He had pulled a gun out of seemingly nowhere, but how in the living hell did he pull such a feat. I’ll keep an eye on that one the crimson haired swordsman thought.

Advocat wasn't so worried as the others where of this guard since to be honest if the man was going to kill them he would of done so long long before they even seen him, this was made quite evident with the apparent high level of skill the guide possessed in speed and special talent. But if one thing did come of this discovery that did bode well it was this......at least the chattering buffoon had finally shut up for more than a millisecond. This already caused the gentleman captain to like the guard as well though not enough to voice it since the whole reason the man did so was to get silence not praise.
Thus for now Advocat busied himself with working on his rifle and making sure the ammo he bought recently was doing well, might not be too useful to deal with certain DF users but regardless he was happy with the added punch the new ammo would give his ranged attacks. As they walked though he really did hope something happened be it conversation or combat wise......it was a bit...boring just following this fellow to how knows where.

*Nero is being skipped. ---------------------------------------------- The King sat on his throne, surrounded by 12. In this Castle, his word was Law. Despite their recent betrayal, they were bound by oath to protect him, not that he needed it. His Guests would soon arrive and with their arrival, their Death. They had no idea what they were facing, no grasping of the situation. The Cold Cyborg. The Mad Gunner. The Former King. The Devil's Advocate. The Bored Noble. Forward. Move Forward.
---------------------------------------------- With the matter seemingly settled, the Guide proceeded once again. Though it seemed tedious, the journey in itself was a test. The Guide hoped that the men here would heed his warning. Everything on this Island was a possible lie. How could an Island, or any country for that matter, exist so long while in such severe poverty? Only those who questioned the obvious and searched for the hidden would bode well on this Quest.
The Guide came to a Halt amidst emptiness. There was nothing around except for barren land, dead and destitute, and a thick mist. It was as if the Guide had led them to the Middle of Nowhere. The Guide turned around to watch them, his face still stolid.
"A word of advice before we part, Sirs. As you enter this Castle, everything you know becomes a possible lie. You must remain firm in your beliefs yet you must not trust them. I bid you well and I hope to lead you home if you survive. Just keep moving forward. Farewell, until the cycle begins anew."
He walked forward, disappearing into the mist. Not even the best of eyes could have tracked his departure, almost as if he disappeared as he walked away. They were left standing there within the thick mist. There was little room to see, not as if there was anything there. Their best bet was to follow the advice of their Guide, the enigmatic Mr. Howl.

Be firm with your beliefs, but don't trust them. Everything inside the castle could be a lie, but where was the castle? Was it invisible or magical? Perhaps you could only see it if you believed it was there? That was possible though it seemed unlikely. It was possible that the guide had just let them here to the middle of nowhere. There were many possibilities, but all seemed unlikely. As he didn't want to agravate the group he remained silent and took a few hesitant steps forward preparing to move in case of an ambush or a trap.
He remained silent because despite his apparent insanity he wasn't entirely stupid and was in fact minorly intelligent. If all the guys they were up against were going to be as tough as the guide then he would need every bit of help he could get to survive.

Advocat stopped as well when the guide came to a sudden halt to speak to them about being aware of their surroundings and to always take everything with a grain of salt, this caused Advocat to worry that this target of theirs was some sort of illusionist of some sort. He soon watched the guide slip away into the fog and leave them now standing in the middle of nowhere, he tilted his head to the side a bit at this before looking around slowly to see if he could spot anything in the thick mist.
Obviously this failed since he have yet to create a device or make a technique that let him see through all this, as such he was unsure what could possibly be up ahead and that did not sit well with him at all really. He frowned visibly at this before turning to the others and wondering if they too were as bothered by this, the lack of information was going to get them killed at this rate if they didn't get more than what they had and he was not keen on dying so early in life.

Taking the Guide's words into consideration but not paying them too much mind, he stepped forward and into what awaited him. Only time would tell what was to happen next.

Walking a single step had taken him into a strange black and white room. However, that was not what was odd. His vision seemed to be odd. He waved a hand in front of his face, but as he raised his hand he saw his vision was not from his eyes but from where his ears were. His senses seemed to have been somehow rotated. It even felt like every inch of his skin could hear things. It was really really weird. Mad in fact, which was something coming from the Mad Gunner.
"So I see with my ears, hear with my skin." he said to himself and tried to sniff the air which for some reason seemed to work with his eyes. "I smell with my eyes? Now that's fucked up. Which means taste and touch are done...by the tongue and nose somehow?" He took a step forward looking around. His vision change was odd. He pulled out his gun and continued to walk forward trying to get used to his changed senses.
"I wonder where the others are." he said to himself. He didn't really care. He was more worried about how his body had changed. This sensory change would stop him fighting as effectively till he was used to it. "This is gonna be interesting."

Swirling around him and condensing as Lich came to a halt. There was no wind. As it whirled around him expanding and condensing it created a pocket of clear air. Lich calmly looked around him to see that the group had vanished and he was alone. The fog starting to move quicker now but it's shape taking the form of something rougher. Then in the blink of an eye the fog seemed to transform or be sucked into stone walls, the emptiness of the fog replaced by solid stone walls. Silence filled the newly birthed cave. It's walls giving off a soft green glow from behind the grim that had accumulated on the surface. The light shining down brighter from above shimmering like sunlight through waters reflection. The sound of Lich's foot step quietly echoed off the solid stone walls as he half turned to take in his new surroundings. From the large enclosure he was now in several paths lead off to different directions, the domed ceilinged enclosure seemed to serve as some sort of hub for the halls of the cave. Quietly the cyborg listened for the hint of movement but could only hear the sound of his own breathing, the moisture from his breath visible in the cool temperature. What the fuck...
A panicked confusion rushed over the yonkou. He had no lungs so how could he be breathing? His sensors detected outside temperatures but why did he feel cold? His eyes dilated briefly in shock as he brought his hands up in front of him. His lifeless synthetic skin was void of the black markings and had taken on a healthy soft hue of human skin. His claws were gone, the barely visible seams in his skin that allowed for all his many gadgets to protrude from his body were absent. Reaching up he touched his face, he felt it. It was not the feeling of his sensors detecting contact but it was the human sense of touch. His teeth were dull, no longer the pointed metallic weapons he had made them. Sliding his hand beneath his shirt he felt his chest. The raised flesh just below his heart interrupted the smooth skin, a scar from his past life. Pressing his hand to his chest he felt the slow rhythm of his heart, the compression and expansion of his chest. This wasn't possible. He had forsaken his human vessel long ago but by all rights it appeared as if he were human once again. A test, quickly he drew his sword half way from it's sheath and gently rubbed the back of his hand against the edge of the blade. Red blood slowly filled the wound as the man let the sword slide back into it's sheath. Entranced by the warmth and pain, the warm liquid slowly dripping from his body. He suppressed his sense of panic. The blade he carried was still black, mimicking the power of his devil fruit. He transformed his brain into the dark ethereal stone. The sensation of pain faded but did not disappear. His senses felt like they had.. changed if every so slightly when he transformed his brain. Returning his brain to it's fleshy state he questioned whether or not this all was truly real.

Advocat didn't actually expect to have his first step be such a....well for lack of a better word...such a doozy. He looked around around in mild confusion at first since it been a long time since he ran into a situation such as this, standing in complete and utter blackness he went through his choices in his head only for the place to become brighter and well it by odd runes all over the place. He stared up at them and let out a soft 'hmm' before noticing he had a path laid out before him in this emptiness that seemed to go on forever in every other direction.
Taking a moment to think about this he drew out his scythe and began to use the blade to feel around the place to see if there is solid ground in the other directions or a steep fall to heaven's knows where. Only once he figured this out did he put his scythe away and at a slow casual pace followed the path to where ever it was leading him. Of course he made sure to be on guard for foes or traps and was ready to move from his spot if needed...

Nero's first steps weren't anything like he expected. For one, there was nothing there. One moment he was inside a thick mist of sorts and the next he was surrounded by white. He groaned, annoyed by this situation. Except, there was no sound. Nothing. He shouted but nothing happened. It seemed as if Sound didn't exist here. But that made no sense. How could anything just cease to exist? Was he dead? Had he died?
He attempted to gather his thoughts, trying to review the facts. As far as he could tell, he didn't seem to be on the Island anymore. What had the Guide said? Hmmm....He was going to have to find his way out of here. But he had a feeling there was more to this than he was catching on. But what the hell was going on anyway?

Leo followed in with the group and their guide, making sure not to stir up any trouble like the mad gunner had. The quest was already getting strange as the guide had disappeared into thin air. It was weird...everything was weird. Leo simply conformed to the rest of the group and did everything they did.

"Pawn To B3. Pawn To C2. Pawn To D3. Pawn To E3. Pawn to F3."
---------------------------------------------- The Former King made his way into the abyss and as such, darkness surrounded him. There was no light, no flicker of hope to save him. He was encompassed in shadow, in darkness, in death. The expanse reeked of the stench of corpses. The smell would overwhelm his senses, making it the only thing he could feel anymore. Eventually he would pass out, unable to breathe because of the putrid stench.
He would awaken in Throne Room, described at his discretion. But there was one constant, a single throne for which to sit in. It would always stay in the center of the room, regardless of how he described it. The room itself would change according to his will. He was King. King of this room. The only question was, where were his subjects.
Welcome To Kingdom.
---------------------------------------------- As the Cyborg moved to transform his fleshy brain into stone, he would find it impossible. For some strange reason he seemed to be bare within this cave, unable to utilize his cursed fruit. Perhaps it had to do with the green fluorescence of the cave. Perhaps this place was just playing with his mind. There was no way to be certain.
Footsteps echoed around the Cave as a man made his way across the ceiling floor. He stood upside down, his hat still atop his head despite it. He seemed to be incapable of falling, despite the laws of physics. He hummed a tune, watching the Cyborg Captain and making no moves to hide his presence.
He seemed to be waiting for something, as if the Cyborg would have to initiate any conversation. That is, if the cyborg decided to. There were no clues or hints regarding to where he was or how he had gotten here. The only thing he would remember would be the last step he took before he fell unconscious.
---------------------------------------------- The floor beneath him did indeed seem to be solid, though only from the will of its host. This Symbiotic World revolved around the needs of its host and would change according to those needs. After all, the trip would only be short.
As The Advocate moved forward, the path continued to light up and lead him until it eventually came to a stop. When he too came to a halt, a holographic menu formed before him. It was an image of a woman, though she didn't seem to have any distinct features. Or at least, she didn't initially. Her form would change to accommodate the wishes of her host. As such, she would take the form of the woman most dear to him, that which he held above all other females.
"You have 6 Questions. Use them wisely."
----------------------------------------------
It was at the time of The Mad Gunner's next step that the bullet pierced his brain. The hit was clean and precise, leaving no doubt that the Gunner be dead. Yet it was only a few minutes later that the Gunner found himself awake once again, having complete recognition of everything until the shot.
Upon waking up he would find his senses returned anew. Everything seemed to be in order. Seemed was the operative word. Upon his likely attempt to stand up, the Gunner would find another inversion had taken his place. His right brain now controlled his right side and his left brain now controlled his left. This change would mean that by willing his right hand to move, his left would instead. Not only that, however. It seemed that aiming to walk forward only brought him backwards.
How long did he have before the Bullet came at him once again?
----------------------------------------------
Upon reaching for his thoughts the former Noble would find them intruded upon. A man now stood in front of him, hat and all. The man's lips moved but no sound was formed. Instead, the sound entered straight into Nero's head. Or, more clearly, his mind. He raised an eyebrow, taken back by the intrusion.
"Hello." That was all the man said before continuing on his way. It seemed that the man had no interest in the former Noble. But there was something strange about the man, something off putting. If Nero bothered to look at his fading form it would seem as if the man's hat was looking at him, smiling.

Ichiryu gasped. The feel of the bullet piercing his head still radiated through him. And now his body was strangely inverted again. A different inversion this time. He tried waving his left hand and his right moved. This one was perhaps easier to deal with. The question was, was it just his body that was inverted or was it his sight too. After standing there for a moment he felt confident it was just his body. Walking forward seemed to have caused the shot so he decided to try slowly walking backwards for a moment.
If that kept him from being seemingly shot again he would turn around and try running that way. Perhaps, or so he thought, it was just walking forward that would trigger the effect.
