She is able to do this because of major training on her part. She is able to coordinated her breathing, movement, and her awareness so that everything is in sync. Because of this she can summon more life energy into specific portions of her body while not distracting or taking from other areas so that there is still a balance. Her first ability that comes into play is the ability to summon enormous amounts of energy into her arms so that she has more power than she normally would. She is able to lift heavier objects 5-6 times her weight and is able to deliver more devasting blows with her heavy swords. However, her movements and coordination are organized, as well it would shocking if the aftershock of her attacks didn't slightly wind opponents whether Eva is in a calm state or out of control, she's always at balance with her strengths.

However, this ability combines both the strength of power and haste. Her body becomes more limber as she coordinates the flow of her life force through her body, usually her legs so that she is quicker at moving, however she can't use her enhanced power at the same time and must have energy summoned to her legs more. With moving more of the flow to her legs as well as most of her body she becomes more flexible and able to dodge more effectively. Also, if she summons more to her legs she can utilize the same shockwave from earlier but to give her a boost or throw the opponent away from her as she moves away.
