Three demons of Santoryu Part 2

The second demon of santoryu was not going to be hard to find. He was a master at a temple training people in the way of the blade, the way of santoryu. It was said that in order to progress to the true santoryu a person must first pass through mutoryu, the art of no blades, ittoryu, the art of one blade, and finally nitoryu the art of two blades. Only then could you be ready to use three blades for combat. She had heard rumours that the third and strongest demon had gone beyond the three sword style unlocking some hidden secret allowing access to kyutoryu, the nine sword art. Yet she was not sure whether to believe that or not. How could a person wield nine blades at once? The only one she could think of that would be capable of that would be a squid fishman because they had the potential to use eight limbs and then the mouth. YEt she was certain the final person was a man.

It did not matter too much. She was here to face the second demon and practise the skills she had learned from the first demon at his defeat. Three powerful techniques, mostly of ittoryu, but that could be adapted for nitoryu or even santoryu if the user had enough blades.

Ahead of her was the temple of blades. It was quite a prominent building and looked quite fancy. However, as her hands rubbed against the outer wall she could tell it was all heavily reinforced. Santoryu was a destructive art that turned mere swordsmanship into unbelievable power. She grinned slightly. It may be reinforced, but would it be able to withstand the power of the Disaster Zone?

As she walked through the gateway she checked her weapons. Death was in its pouch at her waist, yubashiri in its sheath at her waist and Agony was at her back. Her guns had not been brought with her simply because this was to train her swordsmanship. She would only use her devil fruit if she was truly forced.

With a flex of her arms she began to push open the large door. It was very heavy, obviously a test of strength. Yet it was not a match for the raw power of Catherine West. There was a murmur of surprise from within and someone called out asking why she had come here. She looked one hundred percent series as her voice boomed out.

"I have defeated the first demon of santoryu and am here to face the second, the master of this temple." she announced calmly looking around the area. "Anyone who wishes to stop me should try now." She would take them all on if necessary. Fear was not something she felt often. Only a few made her blood run cold and none of them were here.
