✘ SKILLS: Time's Stall- Much like his fellow marine James D. Mustang, David has a lot of power still in store behind his movements. He is able to cut steel in half without really doing much but it still takes some effort to do so due to not constantly training himself for that kind of skill. He is now pushing himself to be able to do it more often.

Time's Grace- This skill helps David with his balance. Due to the high ferocity of wind on the crow's nest he needs balance for walking the tight wires and staying on the unprotected crow's nest. If one little mistake happens he would fall several feet down and onto the deck. This skill also helps him keep his balance while dueling someone else that may or may not have a devil's fruit ability.
