✘ SKILLS: Visual Frame Rate Increase- Increase the frame rate as to which one see’s, causing everything to appear 2x slower than it actually is. This is effective for making shots, as even with haste, the action is slowed to the viewer by 2x, so if person A goes to draw their gun at person B, and Person B has enabled VFRI, then they will see the action occur at 1/3 the actual speed, almost as a slow motion indicator of sorts. This skill can be enabled every five posts and last 2 posts. This is a combination of Accuracy as the major and Haste as a secondary.
Stealth- The user slows the rate of their breath, and focuses their energy on their movement, causing them to make absolutely no sound. This is more or less passive, however causes concentration, so one cannot freely run around being completely silent…Their movement speed is lowered, and they will make absolutely no sound at all. This can be reverted as quickly as it is entered, it simply is a form of training that takes focus. By using intelligence to relax the muscles of ones body, and accuracy to pinpoint the movement of the body, one can achieve this perfect silence that Kelley has.
