A pin striped dress shirt, pink, layers his flesh from beneath the tuxedo; a loose collar from which a black tie hangs. White slacks coalesce with the former stated appearance, keeping consistency throughout his figure and providing the illusion of security and class. Black leather shoes, tied tightly with black laces fit upon his feet, comfortable but easy to maneuver with. Much like the rest of his frame, his body is scarred from traumatic events in his past. His knuckles are mauled and appear to have been torn by the incisions of many operations. A large scare crosses his left eye, which still functions, but is a bit sensitive to light, hence the shades he'll often wear in more lit areas.
✘ SIGNATURE: Black ink outlines the shape of a noose wrapping infinitely around his throat. It was attained as a reminder of the suffering endured and as not to forget those that died for his cause.

✘ BACKGROUND: All is fair in love and war. With the tensions rising between the government and the pirate world, it had always been a goal of one another to get ahead. To have something that the others didn't. With a great resource of funding, scientists carried out many experimentation. Test included advanced technology, new drugs, methods of training, weaknesses of humans, creating superhumans, and even psychic abilities.
Through a covert, and very illegal, program, scientists gathered human beings: children, like lab rats. When one experiment didn't succeed, the bodies were loaded into large piping that dumped the bodies at sea. But as all things, time brought progress. These government dogs in lab coats had begun to see the dawning light of psychic powers such as telekinesis and other simple abilities in small doses. The first test subject to survive was #371009. This child, a girl, had managed to become compatible in the art of levitation. The scientists, marveled, performed many tests; observations on genetics and changes in bodily functions revealed that certain beings were capable of some advancements.
Humans of recessive genes, possessed the ability to activate their psychic powers do to a lack of restraint on the mind. By unlocking the 40% more of the mind, they also opened up psychic possibilities. But, with this large opening, the mind had become cluttered with information leaving the test subject in an unstable and psychotic mind state. The first success, # 371009, had hung herself in her room to escape the uncontrolled levitation and voices in her head.
More and more successes began to occur, though depression and suicide attempts rose in patients. A medication was administered to patients to null the thoughts of suicide, but a few had begun to fake their medication intake, including subject #106665, given the name "Genma" by a women with astral projection. She was seen as a sister-like figure to the child, and took care of him within the asylum.
With three psychic fortes, 106665 was able to out maneuver those the scientist whose care he was in. Intuition, Telekinesis, and psychometry; each beneficial in its own sense, though they left this twelve year old unstable as the rest. You can never get away with something forever, and when the scientists had unraveled his actions of dodging medications as well as gathering information on the outside world and relaying it to others, they tried to dispose of him and his "sister". She however, possessed an ability yet to be revealed. When they came for the two, she revealed her pyrokinesis, which set the building ablaze. Genma was the only one to escape, and the project was forgotten by the marines, much like the ashes of this research facility. Genma took on the surname of a scientist at the lab, and began to search the world, looking for safe haven. His mind and body was scarred beyond repair, though he was eased when picked up by a pirate captain. The man pacified emotions and promised vengeance against the government that brought him pain.

✘ ITEMS:
✘ WEAPONS:
- Six Chamber Magnum -- steel/carbon frame.
-
unlimitedfive rounds.
-
- Flintlock Rifle -- wooden/steel frame. extra long barrel for added range and scope that allows clear sight for 200 meters.
- fifteen shots
- Dual Butterfly Knives -- four in. steel blades.
✘ SKILLS:
The ability to move objects with one's mind. Genma, can manipulate objects within a 10 meter radius. If per say, a bullet that he doesn't notice is shot from his rear flank, it is unlikely he will be able to control it. However, if he see's a person shoot he can stop the bullet before he reaches him. Being an earlier stage in his abilities, the range is limited and minimal hand movement is necessary for some assistance with his telekinesis. The maximum weight capacity of this ability is currently two-hundred pounds, though at this weight objects move very slowly. He is able to control organic objects, though they must be small in size (or just a portion of a human body such as the hands), and it is not powerful enough to completely overbear them, they can resists involuntary movements. For each turn this move is in use, Genma's speed decreases by 10%. This skill can only be used for three posts in a thread, beyond that Genma becomes too fatigued.
- 150-200lbs — 5 mph (walking speed)
- 80-149lbs — 10 mph (light run speed)
- 10-79lbs — 20 mph (running speed)
- 1-9lbs — 25 mph (sprinting speed)
Intuition
Through slight meditation while in contact with the earth or water, Genma is capable of sensing people and things that are touching these surfaces for thousands of miles. To sense things on water, his feet must be on water. To sense things on land, the same applies, his feet much be touching land. He doesnt need to touch the surface with bare flesh, though it requires some concentration. This requires a post of preparation time, and is not combat applicable as it requires too much concentration. The user is unable to identify lifeforms, unless they possess organic material of the person within their hands (ie. hair, blood, skin).
Analyze
Using analysis of how somebody hold themselves, as well as size and their bodies effects on the surrounding environment, Genma is able to judge mood based on body language, and apprehend when an attack may be coming based on someone's composure. This also helps to uproot weak points, based on what the foe may avoid using.
Dead Eye
Required to pick up a trade outside his abilities for added defense, Genma has become adept in the use of a gun. He is able to hit a minuscule target over one hundred meters away with little difficulty. The further the target is (beyond 80 meters), the more time it will take to aim. With haste, he is able to shoot faster than others, though this is still dependent on the weapon being used.[/ul]
Note: I have received permission from both Aaron and Midnight, if you have any doubts of my ability to rp fairly with this ability, pm me. Thanks.[/blockquote]
