Just a basis to look upon

Tattoo gets his name from his physical body, the various tattoos that cover his body are the ones that stand out giving him his name.
But if you start from head to toe, he has thin, stripy blond hair that is usually messy and unkempt. The strands of his hair flow down all the way to the bottom tips shaving just barely on his bottom neck. Going down, he has his black eyepatch that always covers his right eye and is unaffected by wind or anything of such. His left eye is a very deep aqua blue that seems like a sea is flowing through it. His ears are mostly covered by his blond hair and at the bottom he has gold earrings on at all times, circle-like and small, other than the occasional glint even Tattoo forgets he has them on sometimes. He has a very light regular skin tone (Icon Skin Tone) and his mouth is very full with a usual cigarette plastered on his mouth. He has no scars or anything except for the standing out eyepatch.
Going down, his body is the same color as his face and holds little to no scars on his body as well, but on his right arm there is a tattoo on his elbow bicep and under it another one. His muscles are very built and he is most definitely quite strong and built. Going down to his hands, he has a tattoo on his right wrist and he has quite the large hands, with his left hand most likely gripping a bottle of beer. He is very capable of using both hands masterfully and is ambidextrous capable of writing with both hands and throwing accurately with both hands as well.
Going down even more, his legs are the same built as his arms and so are his feet, he has one tattoo on his left foot on his ankle that is similar to the on eon his right wrist. As like his hands, his feet are also ambidextrous and can kick or etc. with both of his legs as well. These major parts are usually not really known for someone like him, because most people look at him and see a loafer with nothing else to do, but he is in fact very intelligent and lets say 'street-smart'.
✘ CLOTHING:
Tattoo has a very weird way of dressing, some people usually get the kick that he is a worthless son of a bitch drunk, but his appearance just represents his care-free attitude. His personality goes in much deeper than that however.
His head clothes or items that he wears are his eye patch and the small gold earrings on both ears.
On his body, he has no shirt on usually, but if circumstances need it, then he will wear something.
On his legs, he has some regular brown pants and wears regular shoes. He has a belt on that is very loose and hardly a belt that usually goes down very much (like in picture). He usually has a case the size of his knee right under his knee, that carries everything he has and is surprisingly spacey.

- 5 cartridges with 20 bullets in each. (All cartridges are in his box under his knee)
- 2 cartridges of Nitrocellulose bullets with 10 bullets in each.
- 1 cartridge of gas bullets with 8 bullets.
Nitrocellulose: A bullet that has a small compacted bomb in it, instead of piercing through like a regular bullet, the Nitrocellulose bullets will blow up after getting in contact with something at high speeds. The blast is only the size of a medium sized tree trunk and covers the radius of one as well.
Gas Bullets: A bullet that is in all not actually a gas bullet, but a smoke bullet that fills a large room at the least with large white smoke that has a very gassy oder, usually mistaken for poison gas.
✘ WEAPONS:
- He has two vintage pistols that he made himself and are one of a kind. They are one of the only guns that use cartridges and can use different cartridges as well. He nicknamed both of his guns Gold Dragon & Cloud because the pistols have golden dragons and clouds on both of them. These are usually on his back, tucked into his pants, easily able to get out and use. The special things that both the guns have is that they make no sound what so ever when reloading a cartridge.
- He has a single sword held at the waist, it is also made by him, but is rarely used, he only uses it mostly for testing, and just having fun. It looks like a regular sword with a blue hilt and red sheath and usually doesn't get in his way.
✘ SKILLS:
- Sound Step: A ability where Tattoo utilizes his ability or affinity in Sound to his advantage. Combined with his Haste and Intelligence, he made an ability where he can move from one place to another in the speed of sound almost like a teleportation. He can only move in the window of 20 meters from his area, and the longer he goes with it the more stress is put on his legs and if his stomach can take the distance. He also has to be able to see even one tiny bit of the part to Sound Step there.
- Velocity: This is his main sound ability, devised towards making his range of skills even deeper. This is his entire affinity with Sound in a whole, he is able to hear farther, close to 2 miles if he wanted to . He can see with sound picking up even the smallest sound. Looking in the dark easily because he can just plainly hear when a person moves as quietest as possible and see the blip of him blocking sound by walking. He can see more specifically because his hearing is enhanced and magnified to such an event that he can hear the Bullet Bow Shockwave of a bullet when it releases from a gun and react. When in complete darkness, he can tell where anyone is by using the sound given off by plants, trees, wind, the sun, even the ground. The slightest touch of sound will be emitted towards Tattoo and he can notice whatever it is. (Ex. If a man steps forward without making any noise in a black chamber with only wind, he can hear the blip of the wind as it moves to go around him.
