✘ CLOTHING: The one word that best describes Richter's attire is "ostentatious." Despite leaving his lavish home for the dangers of the open sea, he had steadfastly refused to give up the finer things in life, including his wardrobe. Regal purples and other such deep colors, usually made of material too fragile to live and costing more than his daily diet, make him easily the most well-dressed pirate on this or any ship. He's also never seen without a wealth of various accessories; gloves, pocket watch, gold chain for aforementioned pocket watch, and anything else he deems appropriate for the situation.
✘ SIGNATURE: How many pirates you know wear cravats?

✘ WEAPONS: Combat Parasol: A gentlemanly umbrella, red with a hook at the end of the handle. Despite its appearance, it has been reinforced, making it serviceable as a weapon. As if that weren't enough, it also has a concealed blade, like a cane-sword. It is tall enough to stand from the floor to Richter's hip, and is constructed of a straight pole, so that Richter is in the habit of using the umbrella as is, much in the manner of a sword. The blade is that of a European short sword, barely longer than a dagger and consisting mostly of a tapered point for thrusting.
Derringers: A pair of pistols, noticeably smaller than standard weapons, that can be hidden away and drawn for emergencies. They are cramped little things, with barely enough room for a trigger guard and only a tiny slot for fitting in the bullet and shot. They have a very short nose, useful only for short range shots, and can only hold one shot each before needing reloading.
Rifle: A relatively high-end model, it is boasted to be a designer model of rifle, made by expert engineers. It reaches a good four feet, and is inlaid with alabaster or something white and expensive looking. For all its boasts, however, it works just like any old pirate's rifle. It holds one bullet, meaning one must reload between shots.
✘ SKILLS: Tactical Advantage: Richter knows tactics. At one point, he had studied hard in order to become a Navy strategic and tactical mastermind, and now he is devoted to turning that same brilliance against the very people who denied him. In battle, he can search the field for something, anything, that can be used to his advantage. With his sharp eyes an inventive mind, one can be guaranteed he will find it.
Body Mechanics: Richter was going to be a ship surgeon, before he discovered his true calling. Fortunately, he still kept the knowledge he gathered from his study. With this skill, Richter can accurately target important points on the body, as well as determine with reasonable certainty whether or not a person is fighting with a disadvantage (injuries, crippled or weakened limbs, partial or complete blindness) as well as deducing the best way to take advantage of that.
Rifle Owner's Manual: Contrary to popular opinion, visual acuity does not equal accuracy with a gun. In fact, hitting the target relies far more on the mechanics of the gun, it's limitations, the angle the bullet fires out of, as well as an understanding of the physics of a flying ball of lead. Therefore, Richter can get incredible shots out of gunpowder weapons, even ones he has "borrowed" or partially broken ones, provided he gets a practice shot or two out of it first.
