This man Heibai truly was a beast his Fishman roots showed on every part of his body from the obvious muscled body he obtained through 20 years of Fishman Karate though he wasn’t overly muscular his strength couldn’t be shown by mere looks alone, his agility and flexibility were almost unreal obviously above humans, but unlike most Eels like his father this Fishman’s eyesight was clear not only underwater, but on land. He always saw his form as perfect that was until he came across a strange woman, a doctor who took him under the knife, and when he woke the proud Heibai had emerged from the operating table with a 10 ft (when extended normal is 4ft) tail shaped like a Stingray’s it was a spire, and a beauty matching his beautiful light brown almost tan skin color (has scales, but they are so smooth they pass for skin, unless striking they are durable against some swords) this tail was a work of art not only was it deadly, but water proof, and controlled merely by electrical currents that he could generate from within his body, capable of producing Sixty-Million volts of electricity, which proves to be a great asset to him especially when it came to healing, his natural ability to close wounds and build scales from electrotherapy or the passive ability to let out a magnetic field(7ft) strength depending all on the force, this man only grows stronger by the feeding of electricity truly he deserves his name… Poseidon!
✘ CLOTHING: Clothing to fit a man at sea his usual clothes are nothing more than black hakama pants, and a black shirt that are brilliantly covered by a long trench coat, but lately his style has changed his clothing consist of a the deep black hakama-style pants which are held by a series of belts, his arms, legs, and torso, up to just over his nose are covered in bandages the fabric is extremely easy to move in, and doesn’t hinder his movements at all. The bandage on the legs stops in the middle of his shin’s as the arms stop just before his shoulder, each shin and arm are fitted with a custom formed metal plate for hand to hand combat, and are strapped with leather straps.. A large black overcoat is usually casted over his body with a hood beautifully cloaking him. ✘ ITEMS: Auto-Reel: His one item that he carries always on the series of belts is a reel with stainless steel wires about 100 wraps on the edge of the wire it has a hook that can remain open and sharp or close, the reel is as said auto simply by manipulating his electricity he can automatically reel the wire back in. Primary use: Fishing

Fishmen Karate: Heibai has spent the last 20 years perfecting his body in his peoples greatest accomplishment: Fishman Karate, being an prime example of a student from birth his father merely toyed with him doing fake push ups, at two taking long walks, years was put into this tank such resulted in him mastering some of the popular techniques, but he has yet to put any real strength into his own Fishman eel style giving him shame..
Destructions First Son: The second skill to be passed down from his father: Destructions First Son involves the user taking complete control over his own magnetic field, given the amount of skill used in this ability the user may decide what forces may be accepted in or out of ones field. (OOC: Of course this only stands for metals and items that are magnetically based)
Shockwaves First Son: A skill that has been passed down from his father, a double bladed skill: Shockwaves First Son is used in a way to send electronic signals through the users muscles giving a strong boost in speed, and overall reflexes. The second half of this ability is actually used in a offensive way by sending a strong current through his muscles the user may then transfer his energy into his palms when an opponent is struck by this technique it appears as a burn, but in reality the technique is aimed to disrupt the electrical impulses sent through the muscles.
Obliteration‘s First Son: The final technique of his fathers teaching was achieved on his first journey out of Fishman island in which his tail plays a vital part not only acting as a generator, but a stabilizer. The tail slings back, and opens many small ventilation points allowing excess air, and electricity to wildly lash out from behind, as his inner cells charge not only a negative, but positive charge into each of palm, when the user places both orbs of each charge together it’ll create a pure lighting a almost see through blue in the form of a small orb. When the energy is released from its orb form by gripping it tightly and thrusting forward an overall mass beam of charged particles is released easily lashing out violently at max a 60 million volts in a 50 ft span the beam though effective its beam is only 2in and has a fierce sonic boom follow-up. Since the beam is so thin the excess particle enter his magnetic field, and can only be used in one of two ways. 1:Create a less charged melee orb that must be landed physically to release the pressure and send his opponent flying, and burned or 2: Use the energy to help charge up his electric cells (If Option 1 is used he must wait TWO post before his electric cells go back to work) [/blockquote]
