Could you explain quick hands a little more for me? How exactly does this aid Kaine and what would it play out like IC? And how many geppou bounce steps would he be able to take? and does he have to kick off with both legs?

Second skill is a no go. Geppou/Rokushiki skills and copies of them will not be things characters can start with. Expect information on them later. For now, no sir t.t Never mind was talking about the one you had up previously.

Edited. Now for this second technique, Reverse, there are two things that concern me. First is arm position as seen by your opponent. If they don't see the second strike then does it look like your arm jumps from point A to point B instantaneously? or is it like.. an after image thing where they see your arm still moving up from the first strike but it's already moving down for the second...

The other thing is some people would be able to follow your movements ie gunners/marksmen since they usually have well trained eyes.

As for the trained eye thing, I'm only basing my speed of the natural skill of the human eye, if their vision is stronger than the normal [gunner like you said] then of course it becomes more visible, to the point it could be fully seen.
