Tall, not so dark but still damn handsome, Eli Church is a fine example of when things just go right. Sporting a rather lofty stature, his crown brushes shy of six foot four and his sculpted physique sits tight weighing his narcissistic views down by a healthy one hundred-ninety two pounds. Sun-kissed, Eli's complexion is smooth and clear if not a little worn by the ravages of time. It's effects more visible around his eyes and other prominent creases.

Decorated with long, wavy brown locks, Church is a man that takes pride in his appearance, despite the persistent five o'clock shadow he keeps. Though tied back into a ponytail, bangs tend to fall down and frame his face. His left more-so than his right most of the time. Eli's eyes are an odd hue; grey. A notable fact that can draw attention from a keen eye even amongst a crowd. He also brings this up when speaking with women, as a point of conversation.

✘ CLOTHING:

Outfit

Dressed to impress, Eli brings as taste of Wano Country wherever he goes. He wears a white silk half-coat, with a maroon stripe along the edge, over his shoulders and tied with strips of material at the center of his chest. Two layers of bandage-like wrap cover his abdomen; the first layer being white and ending just below his pecks and the other maroon, stopping just above his navel. His lower half is decorated with simple charcoal hakama that appear less flared than many other similarly style hakama. For footwear Eli wears straw sandals. To protect his hands and forearms somewhat Church also sports wrap similar to his stomach; maroon around his hands themselves and white along his forearms.

✘ SIGNATURE:
Eli's real personality comes into the mix with a gaudy hot pink haori accentuated with flowers, a cyan obi sash, a large straw hat and delicate pin-wheel hair ornaments; which help keep his hair tied back.

Edge - Utilizing great senses and a keen eye, Eli has developed a technique wherein he is capable of deflecting projectiles in rapid succession, both large and small, with a stroke of his weapon. Usable with his kunai also, this technique is only really effective if he can see the projectile coming in a way that would allow him a response, and is a projectile that can realistically be deflected.

Quick Draw - In a blur Eli can have Kunai in his hands ready to use, from anywhere on his body, faster than the can blink. He can use this incredible drawing power to fire knives accurately at up to sixty meters and quick enough to match gunfire.

✘ DESCRIPTION: Busōshoku Haki is a form of Haki that allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves. This armor can protect the user from attacks and push aggressors away. Similar to Tekkai, precious few can overpower the defenses of a Busōshoku Haki-user. It is currently unknown as to what extent or to how long a proficient user can maintain this effect. With training, it can be further honed into a weapon with which to strike others. This type of Haki enhances the power of any attack, be it melee or ranged, and also allows the user to bypass the powers of a Devil Fruit user, striking the user's human body beneath whatever protection the Fruit may provide, even in the case of body-altering Devil Fruits such as Paramecia or Logia users.

Warrior- Users of the warrior level of Busōshoku haki have learned to control their powers and control them at will. They are capable of making armor on larger portions like limbs and their torso. This level can imbue large scale weapons such as swords, scythes, axes, etc with their Haki. At this level they are able to negate the powers of Paramecia type users. Their power is dramatically increased to where they have the strength of eight men and the lifting strength to a car.

I liked what I read all the up to ablities. I'm sorry but, we're not letting anything Rokushiki or Haki, or anything even close to it. And if you were to look up Rokushiki, and read the Rankyaku technique, you can see that your sword ability is rather similar to such Rankyaku, but just with using legs, not blades.

Now, your second technique was great. Up until until I read "a mysterious sixth sense". Sorry, but it's just too close to Haki. That skill would be fine if you just cut that little part out.

You could have kept the swords and the second tech. All you had to do was take out the mysterious force stuff. Now it's fine, but are you sure you wanna totally switch? All you'd have to do is find one more skill.
