His eyes are hazel, and his hair is just a spiky mess most of the times. Though on some days, his hair can be seen in its natural right; the glorious spikes are organized! more or less. With a few spiky bangs falling down his forehead just a little, the rest of his hair just seems to form a spiky row ‘cept on the sides, where its just down-spiked.
Bearing a smooth creamy complexion Keigo appears just as his age would suspect, a teenage. Not being one to work out, he has quite the athletic build, which works perfectly for his leanness.
✘ CLOTHING:
Keigo isn’t one for formalities but if you dressed him up in a suit, he’ll be sharp as hell. With that said, his clothing is rather common in the One Piece universe, ‘specially for a drifter of sorts. Usually seen in dark blue jeans, some black sneakers and a white shirt with sleeves stopping just short of his elbows. Though not needed, he wears two brown belts, one for his jeans and another overlapping his waist, slouched slightly.
He can be seen draping a dark brown trench coat over his shoulders. As for accessories he doesn’t have much of anything—but an earring on his right ear. A shoulder-length chained erring ending with a drill. Though, not much of an accessory and more like a pet, Blue, his dog-type thingy due to its irregularity is often mistaken as a plushie that rest a top his head.
✘ SIGNATURE:
As far as signatures go, Keigo’s would be his pet Blue that, like mentioned above, sleeps atop his head often being mistaken as a doll. His earring could also be counted as a signature, though he doesn’t see it as so.

Simplicity; while he isn’t the sharpest in the shed, he isn’t exactly the dumbest either, but hey! That’s no reason to not like simple things.
Traveling; the only reason he left home was because of all the stories he was told about the world. So of course he’d want to see it all!
Animals – Sea Turtles; though he isn’t exactly an animal person, he doesn’t dislike them or anything. Among his favorites would be a Sea turtle or Sea king as he’s heard it. Bears and dogs are too among his favs.
Things; as far as liking goes, he isn’t very picky. If it isn’t a dislike, it’s liked. That’s as simple as can be.
✘ DISLIKES:
Orange; no real reason to this dislike, it’s just an innate dislike of orange. Though, over the years he has learned to soothe this hate, and is much more specific. He dislikes the color orange on people and people that wear orange, as well as people who eat oranges.
Fishmen; he hasn’t met one yet, but he hasn’t heard anything good about them. They’re freakish, but well until he sees anything good from them it’s just nice to just well, dislike them.
Snow; born in snowy mountains he’s rather sick of them, and at least for now he done with it. Consequently cold weather and generally cold things other then drinks are frowned upon.
Control; it’s natural to not want to be controlled, or put under any oppressive aura. As far as being controlled, ordered or just follow commands he isn’t the best with following them. With this said, he isn’t exactly the best follower, but depending on the leader, he will execute orders to the best of his ability.
Things; he is rather hypocritical, but he doesn’t dislike or like everything. At best, he is neutral towards anything new opinions are gained after.
✘ POSTIVE TRAITS:
Drifter; maybe not the best of words, but he certainly sees it as a defining point in him. Keigo does not like to be tied down or belong under anyone, and due to his interest in exploring the world; he’d rather roam around endlessly then be affiliated with Pirates, Marines or generally most people.
Passionate; just as it says, Keigo is a passionate person. And really, that’s not something to hide; he is very passionate about his dreams and goals, and secretly of others. While this may deserve its own point: Keigo is quite willing to help people he likes in their own goals.
Resolute; even though he’s quite young, he is among the few of his generation that can claim to be determined to the point of giving their own life for a cause, their cause. Not just saying it, following it all the way to the end.
Adaptive; while he isn’t one of those geniuses he is rather adaptive to a situation both in and out of battle. This in its own right is his genius. However, this adaptive-ness has made him quite the resourceful character and is certainly someone you’d like to have around.
✘ NEGATIVE TRAITS:
Loose; perhaps careless. Keigo is rather open, not afraid to let out information about his dreams, goals or even himself. This hasn’t exactly made him a trustworthy sap, but it does often give off that impression as he easily clings to certain people because of it.
Vulgar; with all that’s been said about his passion and things like that, you’d expect him to be quite kind, right? No. He’s still, after all, a teenager, and his mouth is quite vicious. Easily the first person to shoot off multiple swears, just for a whim or even a few laughs.
Heavy weights; living on the snowy mountains wasn’t as bad as you think, and when he wasn’t training or hearing stories about some far-off lands you can bet your ass he was at the bar. Needlessly to say he’s a heavy weight in the game of the drink, and not too bad with the ladies.
Hotshot; his vulgarity has, as you can guess, got him into many, many fights. And, he isn’t someone who likes receiving the first blow, so you know. He’ll strike rather than be struck at.

✘ ITEMS:
Pack of cigarettes and a lighter; just a normal pack of cigarettes and a black-skull-designed lighter.
✘ WEAPONS:
Dual Tonfa; Keigo’s weapon of choice two tonfa. His tonfa are a solid brown color and wooden. Although the tonfa appear to be wooden from the outside, there is a metal shaft within the tonfas base. While being wooden the tonfa have been slightly modified so that the body is able to rotate from the grip.
Trench Knife; exactly as it says, a simple trench knife kept at his waist on his second belt.
✘ SKILLS:
Since he doesn't have any skills, I'll just write up a description on things he's good at & fighting style. If that's acceptable.
Though Keigo doesn’t posses any skills, he is no less weak. To keep things simple, Keigo is quite simply a vicious combatant. Not wasting any time he charges and rushes all his opponents with a barrage of fists, tonfas and even a knife. Although he may not look it, he is one of those heavy hitters. Notable better than an average person, while his speed is lacking when compared to his strength.
Blue
Plue & Rave Master[/font]

Blue is quite easily an oddity; as his species goes, he is actually a she, though often referred to by Keigo as a he. Being quite different one would think he’d have some sort of power, right? Well, no. Blue is often sleeps all day, everyday ‘cept when called upon, though that doesn’t happen very often.
As far as species goes, Keigo classifies Blue as a dog. And, as far as abilities goes, Blue has only showed his height in athletic prowess by being able to jump and lash itself to Keigo’s head. While it is believed that he can do much more, nothing as of yet has been seen and may never be shown.
The two have quite the bond as Blue is a childhood pet, in that they have bonded so well over the course of six years that Blue has an innate attraction towards him. Maybe it was destiny that the two meet, and he was named simply because it rhymed with all he could say? Who knows?
At first Blue could only pronounce ‘Plue’ but has over the years increased his vocabulary to Pluu, Pluus and even Bluu. Pluu for no, Pluss for yes, and as of lately Bluu has become his odd snoring noise, though he snores once a week.
