vipers gambit needs intelligence and accuracy majors since you are going to stop the weakness. Also add how many times you can use this in a thread. Since this is a weak skill there does not have to be any drawbacks.

minds eye is the same, needs intelligence and accuracy since you are scanning your opponents. For this weak points, you cannot make them up and the opponent must actually have them. Since this is new, I will allow weak points to be like fatigue, illness, among other weak shoulders, hidden eyes etc. use this cautiously as it can be easily overpowered and then I will have to take it down much more.
