Franko the most fatherly Marine anyone will meet. He cares about all he meets. He doesn't care if your a pirate or bounty hunter. He'll try to consider your feelings. He won't hate you because that in his mind would make him look bad. He understands that people can have there choice in life. They don't half to be a Marine or plan. They can live free and be who they want to be. Though that doesn't mean Franko would let you kill or maim. If he is told to capture or kill you. He shall do as he is told. He will give you a chance to give up and come with him quietly. And if he has to become violent then so be it. He will do what he can to keep the piece in this lovely world. A world that doesn't deserve to be cruel to.
He sometimes can be overly loving towards the people he cares about. So keep your ears sharp and stay agile. For he may drop kick your or tackle you. Maybe a little play fighting. He doesn't mean to harm anyone when its a time for piece. He's just a overly dramatic man. Though under all that he's a serious man. He may not show it at times but he will show his serious side when its needed.Though such a nice fellow can't be that perfect. Franko has a habit in have a "good time" with the lady's. He is indeed a womanizer. A man like him can't help but swoon for the lady's. To spend a good about of time in the red light district. Sometimes he can be a bit of a jerk as well.
