WEAPON DESCRIPTION: hōōshikō is a kwan dao, like all traditional kwan dao's, the hōōshikō has a large blade equipped to the edge of a pole-arm, with the pole-arm being made of steel. and the blade being an extremely good quality steel, able for handling heavy duty. the color scheme of the pole-arm is red, black, and gold. the red and blacks design upon the pole-arm resemble that of flames, with the gold tracing over the edges of the flames, that spiral up the pole-arm. in the design, one can also see that it appears to have a phoenix stenciled in gold. at the top of the pole-arm, it has a phoenix head, and it appears as if the phoenix is releasing the blade up out of it's own mouth, with kanji upon the blade saying, "すべてを燃やす (burn all.)"

You currently have 34million according to your account. With the 7.5 million from the weapons you get 41.5 million. You do not have enough to purchase all of your weapon.

Also, the 1.5 scaling actually puts it up to 15 mil which means you need 35mil total for your weapon and one upgrade

This means that the most it can do without any upgrades is cause painful involuntary muscle contractions to the human body. At it's most basic it allows the user to release and manipulate electrical currents. At 120 Volts it takes 3 posts to fully charge or it can be charged through an external source. It is a black leather glove with a single gem in the center. The gem is protected by a thin layer of steel.

Note: Besides the most basic of abilities, Techniques will be bought and upgraded. When utilized by a Cyborg it is charged through the continuous flow of current as the Cyborg acts as a conductor. With a human it must be externally charged. With either ti can be charged externally.

Assassin Blade ■ A three partitioned collapsible blade that can be quickly extruded through the wrist of Lich's right arm with enough force to punch a hole through a concrete wall. The blade is as sturdy as a solid sword and can be used as a dagger but is best used for piercing. The blade it's self is a foot and a half long.

• Has been upgraded and reinforced with Seastone.

Raptor Blades ■ A set of two blades that can be extruded through Lich's feet from between his toes ( between the big toe and index toe and the little toe and the fourth toe on each foot ). The blades are dual edged but only on the portion that stands out from his body and extrude past his toes by two inches.

Claws ■ From beneath his fingernails on his left hand and on each finger, a claw like blade will slide out about half an inch in length.
