Her hair is quite long and wrapped into a ponytail which reaches down to her waist along her back. Her clothing consists of black shorts and a red tank top, leaving her stomach, legs and arms bare. She uses normal shoes, and usually she covers herself with a large white tattered cape. Even though she is a spirit, her clothes and skin kept its color. When she was alive, she was a quite known Bounty Hunter, being able to use both melee and ranged weapons efficient. Not that it really matters as she is unable to battle because she is a spirit, following Haruki around to give advice and guide him. Only exception to this is if Haruki uses a ability that is made specifically for her, and when he uses his Takeover ability which basically turns him into an empty shell for her to occupy. Because she is a spirit, she decides who that can see and hear her, unless there is a good amount of battle aura around her, forcing her to become visible. The more battle aura, the more visible she would become. Due to her linking herself to Haruki she can not move further away than 5 meters. She will be pulled along if she tries to go further away.

I edited the spirit thing to make her unable to get further away than 5 meters. all the other prices i can live with.

I'd say the spirit would be around 200 mill then, skills relating to the spirit then would be general techniques I assume and would be priced accordingly. Also I have no issues with your tranq darts being able to inject on inpact if you'd like to change that, up to you. Feel free to ask around from staff on second opinions for the spirit as well. 200 mill is just how much I would price it.
