PERSONALITY ■ The goal of this particular marskmen is to bring down as many governments as possible, particularly the monarchies. He doesn't think it is right that one person should be in charge just because of who their parents were. He also doesn't like people like the marines who decide most of their rules themselves without consulting the populace. He is not a great lover of authority and prefers anarchy or mob rule to anything else. He shows no mercy in combat and anyone who gets in his way will be gunned down, literally.

▌ Quick reload: This is a generic ability relying solely on his speed, and maybe a bit of accuracy, that allows him to rapidly reload his weapons.

▌ NAME: Mad Gunner III

▌ DESCRIPTION: The name that gives him his title. When near dead or at least severely beaten his 'heart' allows him to keep going and pass into an almost super human state. For a period of 6 posts he is able to ignore pain and injuries, even things like broken bones, and fight on. In this super human state his accuracy, intelligence and speed are raised by one major and one minor.

After the six posts are over he goes into a coma-like state and unless he is killed he will wake up a week later, still injured, but able to keep on living. He will normally have to seek some medical treatment.

▌ NAME: Prowling Wolf III

▌ DESCRIPTION:
This technique allows Ichiryu to focus in on everything around him within 25 metres of himself to a very high degree. Sounds, smells, sights. Everything within those 20 metres is noticed by him, even extremely quiet breathing. Due to having a minor in intelligence he is also able to sense people nearby. Due to the straining of his sense things like flash grenades and very loud noises will be more effective against him. Originally, he could not move off the spot whilst using this ability, but now he can move at a jog whilst this is active. The area of effect will move with him as he moves.

The reason this requires haste and not just accuracy is that it enables him to react swiftly to what he detects, such as quickly turning round and firing. The accuracy level is so high of this technique that if he heard someone behind him he could fire a shot over his shoulder or under his arm and have quite a high chance of hitting them (say 60%)

This state lasts 3 posts and has a 2 post cooldown. It is limit to 3 uses per thread.

If he is in mad gunner mode the range increases to 25 metres and he is able to move at a run whilst maintaining it.

▌ DESCRIPTION: Normally when a person moves at a high speed or even at any speed at all they lose a lot of accuracy. This technique is passive and allows him to maintain 65% of his accuracy even when moving at high speeds. This is because through training his eyesight has reached such a high level that when moving at a high speed his eyes can see targets half as well as when he is standing still. He is even able to perform tricky techniques like his bounce and serpent shot whilst in this mode

IF he is in mad gunner mode then the accuracy retention is increased to 75%.

▌ NAME: Serpent Shot II

▌ DESCRIPTION: This technique is simple. Using his control and his accuracy he is able to curve his shots up to 60 degrees by moving the gun at just the right moment at a high enough speed. At this level he is able to fire off two shots in quick succession at different angles without much difficulty. The curve can be horizontal, diagonal or vertical. At this stage he can not yet combine it with bounce shot.

After every four shots this technique requires a two post cooldown before it can be used again because of the strain it causes.

If he is in mad gunner mode then the angle increases by 15 degrees.

▌ NAME: Bounce Shot II

▌ DESCRIPTION: Using a high level of accuracy and skill Ichiryu is able to fire bullets from his revolver in such a way that they will bounce off of a solid object. They can bounce off of up to four objects and can bounce up to 45 degrees. Via this method he can hit targets hiding behind cover.

What makes this technique truly deadly and is why it is no longer simply just a bounce shot is that with each successive bounce the bullet actually increases in speed by 10%.

■ Hysteria and Insanity: His weapon of choice are a pair of custom made .45 caliber silver-plated revolvers. These are a pair of classic six-shot double-action with a top break reloading mechanism that fire .45 Long Colt ammunition. His revolvers have the barrel aligned with the 6 o'clock chamber, not the 12 o'clock chamber as is the typical configuration of standard revolvers. These have a much longer range then standard pistols. They are not quite as good as a rifle, but they are close. They have been upgraded with a firepower upgrade and re-coil reduction giving it extra power and accuracy. Both of them have the silencer upgrade and both of have detachable sniper scopes.

■ His secondary weapon, designed for close range combat, is a shotgun called Frenzy.

■ Hidden Blades: Ichiryu has decided that there are times when his guns may not be able to be used, due to them being taken away or broken. For this reason he has decided to branch out and purchase four blades. However, these blades are hidden. The blades are black in colour. The first two blades are six inch long wrist blades that are attached to simple white leather bracers that are normally hidden beneath his white top. These extend from below the wrist. The second two blades are only three inches long and extend from the front of the sole on his boots.

▌ NAME: Bara Bara no Mi II
▌ DESCRIPTION: The Bara Bara no mi is a strange and interesting fruit. It is often looked down upon because it doesn't have massive destructive power. However, when in the right hands it can be very useful.

At this level the user is able to split their body at will and control it freely because the parts levitate. Of course, if someone grabbed a part of his body he would not be able to stop them harming it. Any pain or effects that are done to any of his body parts whilst detached are still felt by him, but only at half the effect. His body parts remain in his control within a 20m radius of his body. Currently, he is able to levitate his feet 2ft above a surface.

At this level he is able to seperate the body anywhere. However, if an attack would cut him into strips he would not be able to repair himself. At this level his body will automatically divide to avoid blade and gun attacks unless the attacks use seastone or haki.

If his body parts are detached from him they are as powerful as if they were connected to his body e.g. he could lift you with his hand even if its not conneceted to his body.

▌ NAME: Tehou (Hand Cannon) I
▌ MAJORS: Haste, Accuracy

▌ DESCRIPTION: The hand cannon is not a cannon. No in fact it is much more interesting then a cannon. By thrusting his hand forward in a thrusting motion he is able to launch his fist and lower arm off at the same speed to strike an opponent as if he was striking you directly.

The body part will automatically return to him at the same speed unless grabbed or stopped somehow. One of his favourite ways of using this technique is to launch his fist at someone and grab them round the neck. He will begin constricting them and then will pull them towards him for more attacks. This attack is made all the more deadly with weapons, such as Ichiryu's wrist blade. Even if someone grabs the forearm he will detach the fist and continue the attack. This has a one post cooldown.

▌ NAME: Tougufuu(Body Tornado) I
▌ MAJORS: Haste, Accuracy

▌ DESCRIPTION: With this he separates all of his body parts at once and sends them swirling about an opponent or opponents where they will launch themselves at the targets. The only parts not included in this are the feet, head and groin area. Normally, he will extend the wrist blades before using this so they can be used with the wrist. This has a two post cooldown.

▌ NAME: Emergency Escape
▌ LEVEL: 1
▌ MAJORS: Haste, Accuracy
▌ MINORS: -
▌ DESCRIPTION: A simple technique, but with great potential. This allows him when he feels he is danger to seperate all his body parts and send them flying in different directions to avoid the danger. They are normally sent to the maximum range. This can only be used when Wolf Sense is active so he a. is more likely to know an attack is coming and b. knows the area well enough to hide the body parts.

With this particular ability the body parts are sent off faster then normal. Most of his techniques at this level send the body part as fast as he could throw a punch or something similar, but this they travel at twice that speed.

This can only be used once per Wolf Sense activation and the body parts must remain within 10m of one of his feet. The feet can be sent a maximum of 10m.


▌ NAME: Insane Sniping

▌ DESCRIPTION:
This technique is one that is quite deadly and is considered an almost 'ultimate' sniping technique. The principle of this technique is to hide one of his eyes and hands in a position within his 'range' of control, which as this is a level one is currently 10m. This is then used to snipe the opponent.

The main weakness of this technique, other then someone finding the hand and stealing the gun, is that in order to aim effectively he has to close the eye in his body in order to fire. Of course, it is also obvious he has separated them from his body as he is missing a hand and eye without bleeding or anything.

He is able to keep this separation up for three posts before his eye and hand automatically return to his body (unless held in some way).
