Assuming we only get two starter df techniques:
▌ NAME: Jishin(Earthquake)
▌ MAJORS: Power
▌ MINORS: None
▌ DESCRIPTION: This is a close to mid range attack using the earth itself as a medium. After stomping or otherwise striking the ground she can send a shockwave in every direction around her, with straight ahead being slightly stronger. This shockwave has a ranger of four meters. Those hit by the shockwave within two meters of her will be launched into the air either straight up, sideways or backwards three meters whilst those further away will only be launched two meters. If the person is straight ahead they are launched an extra half a meter. This technique puts an immense strain on her body and so it requires a short time (2 posts) for her to recover enough to be able to use it again. Due to the high level of strain she is limited to using it only four times a day(1 thread).
▌ BERRIES: Free (its one of my starter df techs)
▌ NAME: Sujigura(Muscle tremor)
▌ MAJORS: Power
▌ MINORS: Accuracy
▌ DESCRIPTION: The principle of the gura gura no mi allows the user to create shockwaves and these are normally used for devastating effects like earthquakes. However, in the case of this technique Catherine has managed to use the principle to enhance her close combat ability. It begins with a strike to the enemy. This will seem normal at first. However, on the moment of impact she releases a shockwave. This shockwave is not designed for damage. The shockwave has the potential to disable the muscle hit for two posts. However, due to the strain this technique puts on her it requires a short time (3 posts) for her to recover before she can use it again. In the space of an average day (1 thread) she is limited to using this a maximum of three times.
