Either by stealth or by force. The user then attacks a series of pressure points on the opponent to incapacitate the target. Depending on how big and strong the opponent is, the user can strike from between 3 to 6 places to guarantee it's success. These symbols act as proximity mines that go off whenever someone walks within 3 feet of them with the strength of an impact grenade. These proximity symbols are powered by the users own ki energy. The blade is covered in a layer of water that vibrates under intense control that causes the blade to be that much sharper (1.5x). In addition, the user can increase the flow of water to make the blade extend then retract up to 5 meters (blade being 1.2 originally) at the speed of an average bullet. The water blade can arc in a desired direction when fired as well. The water is as sharp as the sword is with the upgrade. Mustard gas bomb: This bomb explodes, releasing mustard gas into the area within a 10 meter radius that causes those inside to cough, sneeze, become teary eyed, and their eyes slightly burn for 2 turns. (use one per thread) 5 mill
Stink bomb: This bomb explodes, releasing a foul odor within a 10 meter radius that attacks the nose causing nose hair burning from the foul odor for one turn. (use one per thread) 5 mill
Flash bang bomb: This bomb explodes creating a high pitched very loud sound that attacks the ear and equalibrium by how sharp and loud it is. It causes anyone within a 5 meter radius to cringe and makes their ears hurt and impossible to hear for 2 posts.
WEAPON NAME: Mizukiri WEAPON RANGE: Close-Long WEAPON PRICE: Event Item WEAPON DESCRIPTION: The Mizukiri is a water spirit sealed in material form. The weapon takes the shape of a miao dao with a long hilt and a narrow blade of nearly 1.2 meters. The white steel used to craft the blade fades into a light grey blue towards the back of the blade giving it the appearance of a crashing wave. The hilt of the blade is wrapped in a dark blue cloth and the sheath is decorated in the same dark blue color but with crashing waves made from silver embedded into its sides. The blade is capable of manipulating fresh water that it first conjures for the use of both offensive and defensive purposes. The Mizukiri is one of the four legendary elemental blades and is thus a saiji o wazamono grade weapon.

▌ NAME: Ninja arts: Permafrost level II. ▌ MAJORS:-- ▌ MINORS:-- ▌ DESCRIPTION: This ability allows the user to simply chill the area around him in a 10 meter radius to the point it causes chills and light trembling.Additionally, the users in the area start to get extremely cold, small appendages like fingers, lips, the nose, ears, and toes start to get numb and hurt. This ability lasts up to 4 posts with a 3 turn cool down starting after the ability ends.
▌ NAME: Ninja arts: Permafrost level III. ▌ MAJORS:-- ▌ MINORS:-- ▌ DESCRIPTION: This technique is a build up over time technique. It lasts 6 of the users posts, and moves with the user. It has a range of 30 meters. Any status effects acquired within the area of effect take an equal amount of time out of the aoe to be removed. This technique has an 10 post cool down.
Effects are as followed for each post:
1st post: The area around the user becomes cold, the air becomes dry, and the air becomes bitter. Nothing happens on this post. 2nd post: Those caught within the area of effect start to tremble, shudder, their bodies becoming cold. It slows them down by 1 speed and hits their accuracy by 1 point. 3rd post: Those caught within the area of effect start to tremble and shudder much more intensely, their bodies start to become noticeably slower. Speed is hit by two, accuracy still by one. 4th post: Those caught within the area of effect start to hurt from the cold, small appendages start to go numb, like fingers noses toes and ears. Accuracy is hit by another point, and by this time strength is hit by 1 point on top of speed and accuracy. 5th post: Those caught within the area of effect are now bordering hypothermia. Their body is slowed a lot, they hurt, tremble and shudder violently. Their endurance is now being hit by 1 point, their strength by 2 points on top of everything else. 6th post: Those within the area of effect are now bordering death. Their bodies become unresponsive, do not work properly, their blood near frozen, their brains going numb. The ultimate effect of this technique in all hits speed by 2, accuracy by 2, strength by 2, and endurance by 2. Additionally, intelligence is now hit by 1.
▌ NAME: Ninja arts: Ice age level III ▌ MAJORS:-- ▌ MINORS:-- ▌ DESCRIPTION: The user of this ability is now able to freeze an area up to the size of a small lake in ice. This ice travels at a rate of 600 feet in all directions per second. Ice created on land can only extend outwards in a radius of one mile. Ice created by this last 5 posts.
▌ NAME: Ninja arts: Ice travel level III ▌ MAJORS:-- ▌ MINORS:-- ▌ DESCRIPTION: If there is a large area land or water covered in ice, the user is able to take advantage of his logia style fruit, to break his body into ice and meld with the ice below, allowing him to travel through the ice and pop up where he pleases. The user travels so fast it is almost a blur to all. This increases his active speed by 3 when in use. This has a 2 turn cool down.
▌ NAME: Level 1 tech: Ninja arts: Ice weapon creation ▌ DESCRIPTION: The user of this ice tech is granted the ability to create small bladed or pointed weapons as he pleases. Examples being senbon needles, kunai knives, small daggers, shuriken.
BJ can make up 6 six slightly more brittle than steel weapons of his choice per make with a 2 turn cool down.
▌ NAME: Ninja art: Phase ▌ MAJORS:-- ▌ MINORS:-- ▌ DESCRIPTION: The user of this technique can phase through his element at will. The users element being ice, he can fully phase through or partially phase through the element for desired effect while virtually un-affecting said element. ▌ NAME: Ninja art: Crystaline vision ▌ MAJORS:-- ▌ MINORS:-- ▌ DESCRIPTION: The user of this technique is granted the ability to increase his range of vision through his ice, gaining him a 360 degree view of his surrounding area as if the ice held tiny mirrors within it's structure which transferred the image to a central point. This view is as wide as his ice, meaning if anyone is near or on his ice, he can basically tell where they are. This lasts for 5 posts with a 3 turn cool down. Additionally, the user gives up his sense of hearing, meaning he cannot hear anything, while in this state, to offset sensory overload. ▌ BERRIES: 100,000,000
▌ NAME: Ninja art: Crystaline castle ▌ MAJORS:-- ▌ MINORS:-- ▌ DESCRIPTION: The user of this technique creates an ice castle that is 30x30x45 meters with corridors, rooms, a main hall, and multiple levels(floors), a new level every 10 meters. The walls are very thick and are made with his special ice. The walls being so thick with his special ice, seastone has a hard time getting through. Additionally, this castle is resistant to some vibrations, due to being able to move and absorb slightly for the fact it's a solid yet it's not completely a solid. This castle is effected by Creations passive. Anywhere in the castle where it's damaged starts to refreeze, the closer the user is to the damage the faster it refreezes. Once created, this tech being so massive and strong, all ice techs gain an automatic 2 turn cool down where for 2 posts he cannot use his df techs. ▌ BERRIES: 100,000,000
▌ NAME: Ninja art: Crystaline gattling bow ▌ MAJORS:-- ▌ MINORS:-- ▌ DESCRIPTION: The user creates two crystaline shoulder mounted gattling guns that fire ice bolts up to 10 at a time each within a span of 1.5 seconds, or they can be spaced out to shoot one at a time 1 per second. Each bolt travels faster than a bullet, and freezes any area it comes in contact with roughly 6 feet in a radius. He can do this once a post for 4 posts before the ice gattling guns break down, with a 3 turn creation cool down on the guns. ▌ BERRIES: 100,000,000
▌ NAME: Ninja art: Dragonfly ▌ MAJORS:-- ▌ MINORS:-- ▌ DESCRIPTION: The user focuses, drawing a symbol through the air, freezing the atmosphere in place of where his hands had moved. From within this circle, the user focuses his power, creating 5 hawk sized dragonfly shaped animate ice creatures that follow/target the person the user chooses. These creates fly at a haste major, and explode on contact with target or solid objects, causing concussive force equal to an impact grenade, launching ice shrapnel all around. He is capable of creating weapons, creatures, or objects, and controlling them as if they were real. Any creatures created must be controlled or they still stop. Any interferences breaks this control. Any created objects that are brought to life are limited to 3 per thread. Any water controlled can be frozen. ▌ NAME: Nina arts: 3 moon dance ▌ LEVEL: 3 ▌ MAJORS: -- ▌ MINORS: -- ▌ DESCRIPTION: This technique utilizes both ice and sword powers. The user creates 3 1/3rd by 1/3rd meter balls of ice that are then surrounded by 2/3rd by 2/3rd meters of water create 3 spheres that are 1x1 meter. These orbs fly in a straight line, targeted at a certain area. Once these orbs find their mark, the ice in the middle expands then contracts so rapidly it causes an outward explosion of cold and ice that freezes the water and releases a 360 degree ring of ice spikes out 4 meters. ▌ NAME:Ninja arts: Tendrils ▌ LEVEL: 3 ▌ MAJORS: -- ▌ MINORS: -- ▌ DESCRIPTION: Utilizing his sword of water, Bishamon is able to create tendrils or tentacles of water that extend from a central point of his sword. These are not alive and are controlled by the user, however they act alive. The purpose of these tendrils is that they act as if they were solid, wrapping around an enemy and binding them. What makes them truly deadly is that they are not a solid though. Any physical attacks go through them or only splatter some of the water and they reform. It takes a technique that disrupts the entirety of the water to get free. These tendrils last for 3 posts before bursting and falling to the ground with a splash like a water balloon. The user can create up to 6 tendrils at a time with a 5 turn cool down. ▌ BERRIES:100,000,000
▌ NAME:Ninja arts: Hidden mist ▌ LEVEL: 3 ▌ MAJORS: -- ▌ MINORS: -- ▌ DESCRIPTION: This technique is rather simple. A 60x60 meter area is covered in by a thick mist/fog that muffles sound to near silence(except strong sound attacks) and blocks vision more than a foot in front of their face. This mist is nearly impossible to remove. This technique is deadly for those who are silent and skilled in the act of assassination. ▌ BERRIES:100,000,000

These drills pick up speed and then are condensed into the size of a bullet. Each one is then shot out at the enemy.
