☎ GENERAL RULES

[/color][/b] Enjoy yourself, dont choke yourself up with drama. This is the internet people, your just a name & an icon. Nobody can come out of your screen and hurt you, so we advise removing yourself from any drama and simply enjoy the role play and the Booze and Booty community.

II.) [/b] Don't go off and have a tantrum and whine because things didn't go your way. We won't really have any tolerance for it, thanks.

III.) [/b] Blatant disrespect won't be tolerated; that includes trolling and being a jerk off. We're sorry, but we don't want to have our site crumble because people are rude teenagers - go find another anime RP if that's what you want to see happen, there are tons.

☎ FORUM RULES

I.) [/b] No Flaming allowed on Booze and Booty. Flaming is when a user insults and makes fun of another community member. Even if it's a small joke, please keep it to yourselves and keep it off the forum. We do not want anyone to be offended or felt unwanted because of harassment. If you flame without fully understanding what you did it will be a simple slap on the hand, however repeated occurrences of flaming community members will result with a several day, followed by a permanent ban if the matter is not settled.

II.) [/b] No Baiting is allowed on Booze and Booty. Baiting is when a user purposely attempts to another member to get angry or upset. Purposely causing drama and feuds between one another. If you are a victim of someone baiting you please contact a staff member about it via private message. They will take care of it in a efficient manner, please do not go down to their level and bait back, or flame them. You will be no better then them, baiting someone without understanding you are doing it will result with a slap to the hand, while another occurrence will result in a several day ban followed by a permanent ban if the behaviour returns & keeps up.

III.) [/b] No Trolling is allowed on Booze and Booty. Trolling is the deliberate action of trying to damage a community via numerous methods be it insults, baiting, spam. Trolling is taken seriously on Booze and Booty and even if you do not appear to understand what you are doing you will be banned for a day and contact with information and what you did. If behaviour does not improve and trolling continues to happen to the forum and anyone associated with the forum you will be permanently banned from the forum. We dont allow this behaviour around here, so expect swift justice.

IV.) [/b] No Drama is allowed on Booze and Booty. Of course drama come naturally on its own from numerous locations and for other reasons. However we do not want people coming here purposelessly creating drama. Playing with the heart strings of the members, starting feuds between opposite parties and members associated to Booze and Booty and the staff. We do not want someone who needs attention constantly and needs to be watched. Creating drama accidentally will result with a slap of the wrist warning, however if a user continues to create drama out of character they will receive a three day ban, followed by a permanent ban if sought fit.

V.) [/b] No Advertising outside the proper areas on Booze and Booty. We do not allow guests, members and staff to advertise for themselves via comments in the role play or the community unless under the direct board. We do not allow users to mass private message members with their advertisement. If you are noted, or caught advertising other then in the proper board, you will receive a three day ban, followed by a permanent ban with a second offense. If you wish to advertise, or affiliate with Booze and Booty please do check the PLUG-IN board where our advertisement and affiliation rules exist.

☎ C-BOX RULES

[/color][/b] We here on Booze and Booty have a premium cbox available for everyone to have access too. This C-box allows members to sign up to it, and give themselves a 50 x 50 icon to identify themselves and speak amongst each other. Signed up members will be a darker color then the guests, and staff can be spotted by their bright blue & red colors. Do not be afraid to speak up in the cbox, just make sure to follow the rules below, some might be typical forum rules, however we have some unique one for the cbox as well.

II.) [/b] No baiting, flaming, trolling, and Spamming. within the cbox. We explained above which each term means, and we expect you to behave properly around our other members and staff within the cbox. The paid cbox is a privilege of to our members, and not following these basic rules will have you loose your privilege within the cbox. Any of these factors being broken will result in a day long ban, with a message about what you did. If it persists we will be forced to do a several day ban before permanently banning you if the offense is truly malicious.

III.) [/b] You may ask for your profile or custom creations to be checked in the cbox, please use a link with your submission otherwise the staff will ignore the comment. Please do not abuse this ability to ask for you material to be reviewed, Otherwise we will revoke this ability for the members, along with a small day long ban if you persist on spamming the staff with your applications. The staff will get to them when they have time. Also make sure your applications are in the pending boards, they will increase your chance of having them checked then viewing through the WIP.

IV.) [/b] No Pornographic links, advertisements or pictures are allowed in the cbox. As well as urls that are meant as jokes and gags that users cant click out of. We do not approve of this type of content, this also includes soft core material and hentia. Please keep the cbox clean of these ads. Accidental & Borderline material will result in a slap of the hand, however serious and rude comments with this content will result with a day long ban & a private message about the offense. A permanent ban from the cbox will result if it continues.

V.) [/b] No Advertising within the c-box. Failure to obey this rules will result in a day long ban from the cbox if you are a guest or a member. We have proper boards for members and guest to advertise and affiliate, please only use those boards. Do not post in the cbox about your advertisement or affiliation on our board as well, we will notice the affiliation application or new advertisement in the section.

VI.) [/b] Please keep the profanities tasteful - meaning don't go dropping f bombs every sentence. And for the sake of keeping the forum going quicker, no animated avatars in the cbox. People with dial up just end up crying in the end.

BATTLE RULES

1. The fighting on this site follows the basics of T1, should you not know what that is, here is a reference. Do remember that not all rules listed there will be followed, only the ones we re-post below.

2. Unless otherwise stated at the beginning of a battle, all site wide fight rules apply. Should any rules be made at the start of the battle, both parties must agree to said rules before the battle can begin. Should nothing be stated site rules will be enforced when said fights are judged. And all threads are DE, unless stated otherwise.

3. You are not required to list all your abilities, weapons, skills, etc. a the start of the thread, we can simply refer to your profile. With this being said, you are not able to use any techniques, abilities, weapons posted after the thread creation, they will be voided.

3. All attacks are attempted; you do not post attacking and connecting in the same turn. Attempting and connecting in the same turn is an auto. Taken from the T1 reference above.

4. An interrupt is where Person A reacts before the end of Person B's prior turn. As an example,

5. A hypothetical is where Person A posts that, should Person A dodge to the West, he will bring his sword across; a hypothetical is a follow-up, a move that will happen if one or more conditions are met. Hypotheticals imply forethought, so they can be considered planned moves IC, and therefore do not demand the same conscious considering that would otherwise be demanded; also, hypotheticals might account for where a given attack would land if such and such defense were performed, like having a thrust to the stomach being displaced to the neck if the foe ducks. Taken from T1 reference above.

6. You are only allowed to do two actions, attack + defend/attack + attack/defend + defend (pick one to do) nothing more. If you try to over-do it, by attacking multiple times in one post (i.e., Bob throws bombs, shoots fireballs, throws dagger, attack some more) all in one post, that will be counted as godmodding, and ruling would be placed by a BM.

7. Devil Fruit users, MUST state when they are using a Devil Fruit ability, no hiding it in walls-of-text, meaning you can’t trick people and make it sound like you aren’t attacking, when you truly are. So if Bob is using gomu-gomu pistol, he MUST state he is using it. He cannot do this, “bob’s arm was rather stretchy and different from others, its power soon will be recognize by the enemy.” That’s a no,no, none of that please. If you do such, you will be voided, and most likely get attacked by an enemy.

8. All fighting threads have a two day IIC, so if a person doesn’t post in two days, and they were attacked; the attack lands. And your character’s life will be to the member’s discretion, so be careful. PM the member, or BM before hand to let them know you will be gone, for such and such days.
9. You are allowed to loot (steal) a character’s items and weapons after you have defeated them, you can take their money as well, it is up to you.

10. NO randomly finding weapons in a fight, so say if Bob is in loungetown, he cannot just randomly find a gun on the floor and use it, that’s not allowed.

11. Lastly, you have 4 Battle Moderators, they check over battle threads, if a argument starts up between the members, who are fighting one another; PM one of them. There job is to make a ruling, and if they do make a ruling, no complaining about it. You may PM them if you don’t agree with their ruling, but if they still do not agree with what you are saying, their ruling will stay.
