• Description: Ever since he was young, everyone he had ever known had always remarked upon his unusually-fast reaction time and his remarkable intellect. This is something he has polished to the highest degree possible without encroaching into superhuman territory. As such, this ability allows him to move, think, and react as fast as humanely possible. As a consequence, this ability also allows him to learn complex physical manoeuvres in a short period of time.
  
  For a brief period of time (two posts), Xerxes can actually push beyond the boundaries of Birkan movement and reaction time by willing it so. His reaction-speed, thought processes, and analyzing speed doubles for that short period of time, allowing him to move, react, and learn even faster than he normally could. However, after that period of time, he needs some time to recover from using it (two posts) before being able to use that state again. During that recovery period, Xerxes will experience mental exhaustion, which in turn will make him sluggish and slower to think, react, and analyze by cutting those speeds in half. This makes him vulnerable to enemies during that time, so he must only use this boosted mode very wisely.
  
  It is very important to note that this technique does have a weakness - - vision. Specifically, this technique requires vision to work at full capacity. Otherwise, at this current level his reaction time is cut in half, or in really bad cases he is unable to react at all, only comprehend what’s happening to him.

■ Pantheras (All-Hunter)

• Description: One of the things he had studied over the years was the major weak points (positions of organs, tendons, etc.) of most types of creatures living in the land and the sea… and with experience he has become able to look for said weak points by focusing and analyzing on the target. Despite his love of fighting, he knew very well that he didn’t have the striking or staying power of the ordinary brawlers, so he went around the Grand Line to learn as much as he can about fighting. To that extent, he has created an entire fighting style revolved around looking for weak spots - - Pantheras.
  
  Pantheras allows him to use his intelligence and accuracy to locate major weak points like organ systems or nerve clusters and tear at them with vicious and fast strikes from his weapons, or on the very rare occasions that he doesn’t is unarmed, his body. This works best when paired with Iaeiros. However, this fighting style won’t cause as much damage if he doesn’t know much about his opponent’s body structure. This puts him at a disadvantage against opponents with unknown body structure like cyborgs, Zoan-type devil fruit users, or hybrid species.

[/b][/url]- This pair of claws –better known as tekko-kagi- are Xerxes’ primary weapons. These claws are made from Damascus steel, which just gives the metal some beautiful and intricate patterns. The metal claw parts for this tekko-kagi are longer than the usual, with their rear riveted to a black leather bracer, forming a metal cage that helps protect his entire forearm. It also has a shortened top hoop for better control. Otherwise, this is just your usual tekko-kagi.

■ Ammon – Ammon is basically a set of six karambits. These karambits are made out of high-quality carbon steel, which explains the dark color of the blades. These small knives are usually kept in sheaths made of iron wood, which in turn are kept hidden on his waist, legs, and arms. They serve as Xerxes’ back-up weapons, but ironically enough they are the weapons that he is more associated with due to certain infamous incidents in the past. He only uses two of them at a time and keeps the other four as back-ups to his back-up blades.

■ Barak AND Aella – Barak and Aella are peregrine falcons that Xerxes raised from birth. They are very loyal to Xerxes and only to him. Along with their loyalty, Xerxes also trained them to become his loyal aids in hunting, fighting, and navigating. It is important to note that Aella is bigger and darker than Barak because she is a female, which is normally bigger than males amongst falcons. This means that Aella is stronger and more durable, but Barak is faster and fiercer.

■ Amaltheia – Yes, even the smoking pipe was named. Xerxes always carries this smoking pipe with him along with various herbs he’s collected all over the world to be smoked in a small brown bag tied to his waist. He only smokes to calm his nerves down or to celebrate special occasions.

■ SERAFEIM – This is just your ordinary lighter made out of stainless steel. He uses it to light up his pipe or to set things on fire.

WEAPON DESCRIPTION: the weapon that was drawn from the stone from Xerxes, was known as Flameberge. the weapon was a standard daito, the length of 56 cm, a swirling guard, and a hilt decorated with rubies. the length of the blade is curved in various sections, wobbly in apperance. However the weapon is coated in a unique oil that lets the blade burn. the weapon billowing smoke, as a simple mechanism with the grip when pulled lights the weapon up, a spark created at the base of the guard and blade. swinging the weapon, a trail of flame and smoke following. provided by the caretaker of the stone, a sheathe was given to the weapon, a bright scarlet one that would attract any eyes' to the magnificent weapon. The grade of this weapon is Saijo Wazamono tier, one of the legendary four elemental weapons known to humans.[/ul]

As a consequence of this power, the user has become immune to any and all forms of smoke, though this is limited to his own -which includes anything he smokes like his pipe- at the level one of his mastery.

At the first level of mastery, the user is able turn his limbs into smoke and vice versa with a little conscious effort, while turning his entire body into smoke and vice versa requires quite a bit of will and concentration. At this level, he is also able to produce and create normal smoke from his body and control it, as well as use level 1 techniques using this devil fruit.

▌ DESCRIPTION: Xerxes releases smoke from his arms or his mouth, which he then uses to engulf his opponents. Once they are caught inside the smoke, he then makes it dense in order to trap them inside, making them unable to move. He can even take a step further and use it to constrict his opponents. He can release enough smoke at this level to cover a radius of five meters, and as long as they are within this radius then they will be caught by the move. One must remember that those with strength majors or higher level techniques can break free from this technique. This has three posts in duration and a three post cool down.

At this level, when this is used in conjunction with his lit pipe a burning element is added to the mix as hot embers and ashes combine with the smoke that he produces himself. The heat is only enough to create first-degree burns at most at this point and thus is only used to torture captives he doesn’t like. However, endurance majors can bear through both the burns and constriction.

▌ DESCRIPTION: This is a simple technique in which Xerxes expels a large amount of very dense smoke from his limbs or his mouth to strike at the opponent hard. This attack has the force of a powerful strike from a standard-grade weapon.

Another version of this attack can be done wherein he turns the limb into smoke except for the fist or the foot and then launches said fist or foot at the opponent. At this level, he can only do this version with one limb at a time, and like with the other version, the force is still akin to hit from a standard-grade weapon. Both versions require a two post cool down after use, but both can’t be used in the same post at this level.

With your Iaeiros Skill, as you're stressing your body a seemingly infinte number times, I'd like to see either a bigger drawback on the recovery phase, or a limit to the number of times you can do it per Thread. While there is a stated weakness of vision, aside from being blinded or some other such event, I highly doubt your vision will never be below full capacity and as such a fluff drawback.

Second, the description of Damascus steel for Erebus. Starting weapons are generic and common, for the most part. If you claim increased strength/durability on that description, then I'd have to ask you to tone it down. If it's simply aesthetics, then by all means claw away!
