▌ DESCRIPTION: This technique like permafrost, utilizes the area around him. In a 30 meter radius, the user freezes the moisture in the atmosphere, that thus creates snow. The snow that falls within the radius freezes whatever it lands on. It takes a handful of snowflakes to cause enough ice on whatever it hits to become a possible danger. However if the user stays within the area for more than a post, the user will be hit with more than enough snow to incapacitate them with ice. This lasts for 3 posts and has a 3 turn cool down.

▌ DESCRIPTION: This technique it it's entirety is only available when both permafrost and snowfall are active. By mixing the two techniques, a strong wind is created within a 30 meter radius, all snow is increased, and the cold from permafrost advances faster. The 15 meter area becomes literally a blizzard with blinding snow and frostbite cold. The closer to the user the opponent is, the colder and harsher the conditions. Additionally, any sight sound or smell within the area is reduced by half by the severity of the storm. Any noise sight or sound coming from within the blizzard is mixed around so much that anyone on the outside could not hear smell or see inside of it. This lasts for 2 of the users posts and has a 6 turn cool down.

▌ DESCRIPTION: The user so adept at controlling ice, and being ice himself, can reshape his entire shape into another form made of ice. From an animal, to an object. This effect lasts up to 4 posts, unless broken early, and has a 2 turn cool down.

▌ DESCRIPTION: The user is now able to take ice from himself or ice he has created and create any shape or form he wishes that are not weapons. Size and shape must be specified by height, width, length, thickness, and weight, and any other detail upon creation... There is also a passive effect to this technique. This ability is a toggle on toggle off passive. This ability cannot effect permafrost snowfall or blizzard or ice ace. All other ice can now be made 4 feet thicker wider and higher. Additionally, any ice effected by this is now slightly less durable than seastone. Any non seastone bullets would play hard to penetrate, and seastone bullets would be slower dramatically when it goes through the ice, by half. The same goes for any projectiles or bladed weapons. The ice is also now dense enough to drown out sound. However highly concentrated sound attacks of an equal level will shatter the ice, but will not travel further. The user can see through any ice he creates.

▌ DESCRIPTION: The user can create animals out of ice that can move, fly, swim, attack, defend, and react like normal animals. The user can create a Lion, a Bear, a Wolf, an Eagle, a Snake, and a Shark. Each animal is to be specified in size, and can vary upon creation.
