  First and foremost, Lilith cares about other people. She wants them to be happy. The woman is willing to go out of her way and put her life at risk for the sake of others. When others are in emotional or physical pain around her, she feels it is a necessity to help them if it does not contradict direct orders.

  Another good quality is that the marine woman is quite upstanding. She fulfills her promises with the type of conviction that one does not see often in an era of pirates. Duty comes first, and this particular marine finds it to be her duty to be a respectable role model for others.

  People say that a warm disposition draws the affection of people, and its a truthful statement. Lilith is never cold, and doesn't brush people off as annoying. She has a good rapport with her subordinates and higher ups because of this. While Lilith is never the life of the party, she is a pleasure to be around.

  Quick thinking is more than just cycling through thoughts at a higher speed. Lilith looks at the entire picture and thinks out the pros and cons of many things quickly. That way, she seems as if she is composed when she speaks or acts, when honestly, is not always the case. And when one gets to choose from a variety of actions that have been thought through, typically there is a higher chance of that action being a success.

  As amiable as she is, Lilith isn't without her bad traits. For one, she can be completely forgetful, losing things, forgetting to do paperwork, and even people's names at times. It gets her scolding by some of her commanding officers as well as some laughs from everyone else. And forgetful isn't the half of it, she is physically clumsy outside of when she is focused on combat, often tripping or doping things and just being an overall clumsy person.

  As stated earlier, though Lilith cares for everyone, good or evil, she has a duty to uphold. Pirates, no matter their disposition are to be captured, and direct orders are to be followed to the letter. She also doesn't believe in personal interpretations of orders, and will follow them no matter the outcome.

  Lilith will never be the life of the party because she is... reserved. While she normally enjoys talking to anyone and will never say a harmful word, she just doesn't enjoy being in the spotlight.   While very observant in battle and in times of crisis, when it comes to more personal emotions in times of peace, or things she should know or remember to make people happy or be polite, Lilith is hopeless. ▌ DESCRIPTION: Wings of silver is a single sword iai technique. Augusta can initiate the technique on the move or standing in a ready stance. She takes a powerful step forward while pulling her sheath back and drawing her sword as fast as her body can muster. The strike can only be from whatever side is being drawn on, but it can come at any angle. The slash can do mild damage to whatever part is targeted, and can be as accurate as the user's skill allows.

Each step propels the user with great speed, allowing Augusta to take advantage of small openings. These steps can range from small to very large, the largest making the user capable of traveling good distances in small amounts of time. The problem with this technique is the toll it takes on the legs. The technique can only be active for three turns, and must rest for two turns in which the user will be slower, footwork wise, than normal.

■ WEAPON DESCRIPTION: this weapon, is the goddess of wind sealed into material form. the weapon appears much like a standard katana, a hilt made of black and silver cloth, wrapped around in circles, a pattern of clouds making the grip, reaching the guard that appears much like a gust of wind, several swirls around the center of the weapon. with the etched weapon starting from the guard, extended 60cm beyond that point. the weapon itself appears to have a layer of energy coating it, air quickly swirling around the blade, the raw energy of wind cutting in the direction of the swing. the steel forged with carbon give the weapon an ebony and silver hue that many blades can not mimic. while blades of steel can be blocked, the blades of air created by this blade are much harder to avoid. this weapon is an Saijo Wazamono grade weapon, one of the four legendary elemental blades.

▌ DESCRIPTION: Pika Pika no Mi is a Devil Fruit gifted with the title of Logia. As such, it imbues its user with the ability to completely become and control the element that it is based in. For Pika Pika, this just so happens to be light. Arthuria's light is a bright, white with just a hint of silver. At this level of control over her fruit, the user is able to completely turn into her element basically on reflex, protecting her from any normal physical attacks not gifted with Haki or seastone. She can also partially transform her body to use only one or two limbs at the speed of light. Due to the fruit, Arthuria has become a Hikari Ningen or Light human. Thus she is unaffected by bright lights and can see through optical illusions and plays on light. At this level, she has mastered all of the properties of the fruit and is able to realize the explosive potential as well as illusionary potential of light.

▌ DESCRIPTION: Shinsou is an ability using the Pika Pika fruit's ability to gather and control light energy to create lasers. At the tip of her finger, Arthuria gathers an intense amount of silverish white light before firing it out in a straight line as a beam to wherever she is pointing. Due to the nature of the attack, it can not change direction once fired, but the destructive potential is high. At this level, the beam deals high piercing and burning damage, but does not possess high explosive potential yet.

▌ DESCRIPTION: As the name suggests, Tadashii Odori is a movement technique that surpasses all movement techniques. The user, with the power of the Pika Pika fruit, becomes a fully transformed Hikari Ningen. They can then travel at the speed of light to wherever the heart desires. This technique, like most of the techniques for the Pika Pika fruit, can only travel in a straight line. At level one, the user is only able to change direction by stopping completely (they can still be composed of light) and then starting to move in a different direction, which takes a second to recalculate. The user may not attack the opponent in the same post that this technique is used to teleport. Regardless, moving at the speed of light is surpassed by no other movement technique.

▌ DESCRIPTION: Ama no Murakumo is a technique used to create weapons in order to use them, and the Pika Pika no Mi's natural speed and destructive potential. It takes little to no time to form these weapons, and Arthuria can manipulate them at will, making them a deadly arsenal. At level three, all weapons created by this technique last eight posts and the summoning of a weapon has a two post cooldown. Only one of these forms may be active at a time, and swapping forms mid technique eats a post of the duration time. All of these weapons emit the qualities of the light fruit.

Is a bow made of pure white light. Because the arrows are made of light, they are seemingly endless. And at this level, each and every arrow possesses the ability to move at pretty much the speed of light as well as possess the full destructive potential of any of her lasers and other techniques.

▌Ikari no Aries - 怒りの牡羊座 - [Wrath of Aries]
A katana made of pure white light, this sword possesses all of the cutting potential of the strongest laser. It can melt metal, cut through almost any physical substance with ease, and even cauterize wounds as it is cutting. Haki is the best defense against such a sword.

▌ Geeto of Babelon: Joutei no Zaihou - ゲートオブバビロン: 女帝の財宝 - [Gate of Babylon: Empress' Treasure]
The most powerful form of Ame no Murakumo, this materialization takes the form of a large number of bladed weapons made from pure light. These are all found floating around the user, glowing quietly. They too, possess the powers of lasers including speed, explosiveness, etc. They can be directed at the will of the user.

▌ DESCRIPTION: The technique she has received a nickname for, Arthuria created the technique to facilitate a variety of battle strategies. First off are the bright white wings made of energy that sprout from her back. They can be used as weapons, as well as their main purpose of facilitating flight through partial transformation of Arthuria's body into light which results in a form of weightlessness. The transformation continues as a form of bright white armor encases parts of her body. Her arms, chest, legs, and parts of her head are protected by armor made of light that takes a solid form. At level one, this armor can disintegrate weak metals and protect from normal gunshots. The wings can maintain flight as long as the user desires. The armor, however stays in effect four posts and requires a two post cooldown.

▌ NAME:Megami no Keni - 女神の権威 - [Influence of a Goddess]

▌ DESCRIPTION: Light is basically just electromagnetic waves at a certain frequency. This technique is based on the user admitting a form of electromagnetic waves, albeit at much lower frequency than visible light. These waves travel from the user and rebound. They are then picked back up by the user and easily calculated into a map of the surrounding area. Using this, one is able to perceive the area they are in at the moment. This does not allow the user to do anything other than see their immediate area and is used as a supplement to Haki, not as a replacement as one can not tell if anything is alive or have premonitions of attacks. Light waves propagate around corners, but if a large enough object i.e. a building, were to be in between a perceived target, this technique would be unsuccessful in locating it. At level one, this only extends twenty meters in all directions. Can be activated for two posts at a time, with two posts in between the end of the technique and being able to use it again.
