▌ DESCRIPTION: This techniques uses the basis of his Heart and Accuracy ability. Closing one his eyes, the man seem's to gain a surreal version of the world around him in his head, almost a 360 degree view of his surroundings, with his photo like memory, he is able to memorize every detail of his surroundings and targets. a singularity sorting out every detail, sensing the presence and aura of the target. being able to sort them from the crowds, their footsteps heard, their mannerism memorized, anayalizing and using everything against his target to make the perfect kill shot. However he can only see and react to what he had seen, hidden opponents and such will remain hidden and out of his view. I (starter ability) - IV are standard, and simply improve of the course of his reaction timing and tracking abilities.

V: At the fifth level of Eagle eye, the precision and mastery of the technique is apparent, experience and skill comes into plays in the shot made, Julius uses his haste and intelligence to map out his shot, and uses haste and accuracy to make the shot, capable of shooting in the path of their opponents movement. this was meant to take down high tier haste users, or people who would mean to dodge the technique. at level VI this technique becomes even faster, and harder to defend against.

VII: The seventh level of this technique, allows Julius to tap into a sense of speed and accuracy that he normally would not have. the sensation being nearly super-human as he prepares his shot, using all his energy and focus to track his opponent and make a dead-on kill shot on his opponent. The shot containing no mistakes from trajectory, wind, and other factors. Knowledge of his weapon and his opponent comes into play when he aims properly in their path of movement or attack to shoot them, without a super human haste the shot will make its path to the target, even with a technique, it must be on par to super human reactions, otherwise it simply will not stand up to his superior technique.

▌ DESCRIPTION: Named after his own shotgun, this Rokushiki technique is based off his weapon, a powerful shotgun. Imbuing his energy into his fingers, the young male is able to strike the opponent with the force of a gun-shot. This technique utilizes the use of all of his fingers. With a closed hand, his fingers each are clenched in his palm, and when attack he simply sticks them out, almost in a flick like nature to hit his opponent, each one with the force of a bullet. This technique is very powerful, however has a single turn cool-down after its use, as it uses alot of muscles and energy within the fingers.

▌ DESCRIPTION: Named after very high model sniper rifle, Julius had mastered the art of Rankyaku of the Rokushiki arts. This technique utilizes the leg of Julius, the young man striking down onto the ground with the sole of his boot commonly, and creating a massive imprint, the force creating a current of air. the reason its named after his rifle is the technique creates a solid but highly concentrated wave blade of wind towards the opponent, cutting forward much like a bullet would being fired, and as devastating as his sniper.

▌ DESCRIPTION: This technique uses the mastery of the Rokushiki technique known as Kami-e. The user using their knowledge of their own body, with their own dodging techniques to allow them to bend and move as they need to dodge oncoming attacks. Julius uses this technique that make his body appear limp, moving out of the swing of attacks, and simply dodging technique with his lazy posture. however using his feet and his energy he is quickly anayalizing his opponent and moving his body to react to it, this technique at its later stages can be used to dodge very powerful techniques and bullets.

▌ DESCRIPTION: This technique uses the mastery of the Rokushiki technique known as Geppo. The art of Rokushiki has taught Julius how to use the environment and the wind to his advantage, being able to jump up into the air, and jump around, not once having to touch the ground until he reaches the desired location. the technique using a special step with chakra being sent to the feet, the user bending their knees and air jumping across what normal people could not access or jump up. at the first stage, Julius can only move ten meters before needing to stand on solid ground.

▌ DESCRIPTION: This technique uses the mastery of the Rokushiki technique known as Geppo. Julius uses this technique to mover very quickly from one spot to another, not only this but maintains a very solid control over his movement, able to move in a any direction at a very fast burst of speed. several meters traveled in less then a matter of a second. using a massive amount of steps, Julius is able to control the direction he moves, even in the process of moving. opponents have stated, his legs appear to move in slow motion like he is marching to them.

▌ DESCRIPTION: This technique uses the mastery of the Rokushiki technique known as Tekkai. After taking a stance where Julius combines his hands together, his arms nearly crossed, the state his body enters increases his endurance against his opponents techniques. Being able to endure them and take them much more abusively compared to block it, this state allowing his tolerance to pain and damage to exceed their normal bounds. this technique can also be manipulated into an attack, often called Release by Julius, using the strong stance of tekkai to deal much stronger blows and hits on his opponents.

▌ DESCRIPTION: This technique uses the mastery of the Rokushiki technique known as Rokugan. The art of Rokugan can not be mastered without the user knowing and having purchased all of the Rokushiki techniques. Julius had mastered each technique, and understands the balance between each technique, combining them all into the form of this technique. Using the speed mastery from Soru and Geppo, the young man moves from one spot to another before an opponent has a chance to blink, his posture calm and collected, the master of kami-e letting him attack him with the latent energy. Julius then combines the use of Tekkai offensive capabilities, making his body and muscles stronger for a short duration to release a massive attack from his palms, much like he would with Shigan and Rankyaku. The technique releases a shock-wave of energy at the opponent, with a devastating amount of force and sound.

Before I check the other Rokushiki? Do you happen to have the original Rokushiki?

As for the Eagle Eye, I'm not quiet sure for that. Seems...to Naruto like with the Dojutsu. Gonna have to talk that over with start mang but none the less, seems rather interesting.
