PERSONALITY ■
■ Arrogant. Possibly not the best trait to have when you're the First Mate of the of the pirate world; serving as both judge, and at times executioner, It is quiet easily to say that the man known as Alexander Konstantin, or better known as Kotoamatsukami is the epitome of arrogance. Perhaps calling the man close-minded would be a better description, or even a mix of the two might be a good description of Kotoamatsukami. The case being that the man believes himself to be at the top of the food chain in the pirate world given that he is the law. Obviously when you're up at the tipy-top of things then all others are pretty much trash in your eyes, and this is very much so true with Alexander.
■ Perhaps spending a little too much time under his marine guise as a former Rear Admiral, Alexander thinks of, and ranks people as suits of play cards oddly enough. Those he sees as lower class trash often being called, and thought of as a stupid drone, or really he might just refer to them as a number. For example Alexander could refer to low ranking as a "1"or that a certain unit or crew is a four of a kind of 2's. Pretty much what he is saying is that they're nothing special, forgetable, and not even deserving of a true name. Surprisingly this does not include everyone though even with this said in his own opinion they're still under him. Those that pique his interest, and are often given the nickname of a Royal Suit such as a Jack, Queen, King, or even Ace, though the last is rare. Not once has a single soul been worthy of being call an Ace.
■ Straight forward to the point of being pushy, Alexander is not the type of man who fancies lying, or any form of deception even if his civilian profession calls for him to be a so called master of deception. He will openly speak his mind, and declare his opinions when not trying to force them on others. Sadly Alexander is the sort of man whom always believes that he is right, and that his opinion is the one that should be shared by the masses. Needless to say that he does not handle criticism, and a difference of opinion too well. Being that he is the law this means that his word is final, and that there is no "if"s, "and"s. or "butt"s about it. Hell, you may even call the man stubborn in the sense that he seldom changes his mind, or even relents to the possibility of changing it.
■ In his own mind he has one personality flaw which is probably the best to have when you're the judge of the pirate world. While he won't admit it, the man is actually quite empathetic. Alexander can easily view, and identify with the emotions, and ideas of others, though this does not mean he agrees with the emotions, and view points of others. Hell what man who tries to push his own ideals down people's throat would agree with another's view point. Regardless as judge, and jailer, the ability to perceive, and empathize with all sides of a story is a great trait in order to deal out justice, or at least Alexander's own version of justice.

[/url] Alexander main choice of weapon is an Bisento known as Zaraki. The pole itself is black with a chain at the end and a curved, large blade attached to the pole via a golden part, decorated by what looks like a sea snake, with a thin part of it protruding on the blade itself. Alexander has a small habit of referring to his blade as 'him', believing it to be a bloodthirsty animal.

■ JUDGEMENT. During his time as a marine, Alexander was given large, white caliber revolver with an under-mounted barrel from a former comrade. On both sides of the gun is a golden symbol in form of a cross It has been dubbed Judgement and is capable of firing several bullets in rapid succession, often emptying his rounds in a split-second. Unlike most guns, Judgement has a total of twelve rounds versus the standard six.
