The Sabaody Archipelago, the last location on the Grand-Line before reaching the New World. Dogs of Cerberus were ready to journey across the line beneath Fishman Island and enter the massive expanse of ocean. However he wanted to complete his conquer of the grand-line first, and to do so the young man had to capture more territory. This would be an excellent focal point to continue his ownership over this territory. These thoughts occupied his mind, his attire was not his normal ivory clothes. Instead the man had wandered into a local tavern, wearing the local brand's and clothing. Sitting himself down onto a simple chair, a candle lightning the table next to it. It would was time to begin, an eerie howl could be heard outside the building, people getting up from their seats to inspect the scary sound, however the people had found no evidence of the source. The etheral hounds hid themselves with ease, shifting through the interior of buildings and the earth.
His posture eased into a slump in the chair, his eyes closed to begin the next procedure. His mind began to conjure the projection of his body, able to take any form or appearance, he often took his own to inspire fear and dominance. The hollow that took form before him, looked like him, save it had his normal attire on. The projection now in complete control of his will, the creature stepping out of the simple tavern. The male leapt up from the ground level, onto a nearby building to acess a better horizon of people and opponents. A Marine base was located on the island, it was likely he would face resistance when laying this claim, Fenrir opened his mouth, howling to the people beneath as two of his ethereal hounds appeared at his side, howling loudly. Everyone in the district had their attention on the male. "This grove of paradise now belongs to Dogs of Cerberus." he told to the people, "if you desire to oppose me, step forward." he smirked, not a single person made themselves noticeable to Fenrir in opposition.
"Spread the word." The wolves began to vanish from sight, as he watched over the crowd moving around beneath his feet, even the the marines in the crowd began to leave the area, not wanting to risk their lives against a threat like himself. Fenrir leaned his back against the building behind him, his range finder scanning the crowd, it would catch anyone noticeable approaching his position through the civilians. With the opposition of Storm Riders at their first capture, it was likely the world began to fear the strength of his crew, the Yonkou crew members had not even laid a finger on him. It was pathetic how weak these four emperors had become to recruit such pathetic crew-mates.
