Using one sword wielded in her left hand with her right hand gripping her left wrist for support (or vice-versa), Catherine jumps high up into the air and slashes her opponent. The speed and power of the slash is so great that the path the blade travels catches on fire. The flame is incredibly hot, but does not spread.

This can be used once before requiring a two post cooldown.

With this technique, which can be used with one or two swords effectively, the user swings the blade with enough speed and power that a powerful crescent shaped blade of air is launched that travels at very high speeds(10 meters per second) and has a range of 15m.

The power of the air blade is currently equal to the swords that performed the attack. If two blades are used to launch this technique then the power is equal to being cut by those two swords at once.

One blade of air can be launched before requiring a two post cooldown.

▌ DESCRIPTION:
This is a very powerful flying slash attack that uses the air itself to pierce the opponent. To initiate it, Catherine first holds one of her swords horizontally above the shoulder of her sword arm, and then performs a circular swing that launches the air compressed projectile spiraling towards the target. This air projectile is seen as a swirling blade of air. This can be doubled in power by holding two swords horizantally above the shoulder and if used as such it is called the 72 pound cannon. If a blade is also held in the mouth it can become the 108 pound cannon.

The piercing power of the 36 cannon is equal to the strength of the weapons used plus a piercing potential upgrade. The more blades are used the more powerful this attack becomes because each addition is equal to the strength of the weapons used plus a piercing potential upgrade.

This has a range of 10m and travels at approximately 10meters per second

▌ NAME: Sanjuuroku Pound Ho (36 Pound Cannon)
It's still way to strong for a lvl 3 skill, a cannon is designed to destroy structures or boats or create mass destruction basically, getting hit by cannon would be instant death and instant death as a technique is not acceptable. The damage the skill does needs to be greatly reduced and should fit a lvl 3 skill.
Also in the description you say the skill "uses the air itself to cut" and then finish up with saying that the slash is "equal to that of being hit with a cannonball" Since cannonballs don't cut they smash this kind of doesn't make sense.
