▌ DESCRIPTION: This technique allows the user to produce a loud, powerful noise. While at Level I it would have require the user to use their mouth, Level II allows the blast to originate from any noise the user's body makes, such as the sound produced by hitting something. This attack, at Level II is a Medium to Close range attack.
At Medium Range the waves are spread in ripples, reaching about 30 Meters from the source of the sound. Anything within those 30 Meters will be pushed back 5 meters for every meter closer to the source they are. For example if the user is 5 meters away from the source, they are thrown 25 meters while 10 meters away is thrown 20 meters. Being within the range of this attack, besides the force exposes the user to the blades of the sound, essentially cutting them up. These blades are able to cut through steel so the blades are actually quite strong. The closer to the source, the more cut up the opponent will be.
At Close Range this attack gains quite the lethality. First off, because the user is at close range the power of the attack is increased. This attack can now be used even more offensively as they are now able to utilize either their voice in close combat or the sound produced when a part of their body strikes something, such as the ground or their opponent. When utilized by their voice this range can dramatically hinder one's senses as it's a close range powerful sound attack. The force behind it is enough to shatter thick trees completely if kicked, put a good dent in steel, shatter bones, and push the victim back around 25-30 meters. Besides the force of the attack the victim will also be cut up by the blades of sound, usually paralyzing a limb for 3 posts or, if by voice, slowing down their movements.
Passive - Because the attack is a powerful burst of soundwaves, the user's movements will become slowed if their ears are unprotected. This applies for all races as even Cyborgs have hearing sensors that can be missed up. The user's ability to hear is damaged as well as their sense of equilibrium. Lasts for 1 Post.
Note: This can be used 3 times before needed a 2 post cooldown. The origin of the sound doesn't have to be a loud sound in order for this technique to work. Because of this the loudness neither increases nor decreases the effects of this ability. Loudness will be effected by a separate ability.

▌ DESCRIPTION: This ability allows the user to Tune into a Frequency. Depending on the Material it can take longer for the user to tune to an object's frequency. Wood is able to be done instantaneously. Metal takes two posts to tune to. Seastone takes three posts to tune to, etc. The rarer the substance, the longer it takes for the user to tune into it's frequency. Once the user has tuned into a frequency he is then able to produce a sound from his mouth at the same frequency of that object. Wood shatters completely. Metal weakens and begins to crack, making it lose it's power and sharpness. Seastone also weakens and begins to crack. Once the user has tuned into a frequency they have to lose the previous frequency and retune to the next frequency.
Note: This can be used 3 times a thread. It can damage metal to the point of making it weak enough that it can't handle powerful forces and it can crack seastone to the point of making it start to break apart and weaken, though he can't break it completely at this level. At most he'd be able to break completely small amounts of seastone or seastone that lines and object.
