About your technique... it sounds way too reminiscent of Kenbushoku Haki, not to mention that it's pretty overpowered for a level 3 technique.

At this point, I suggest that he can only take note of the more overt and general things at this level. You can work your way up to that later. I also suggest that you limit its usage to five times per thread at that level. Again, you can just work your way back up with upgrades.
